We had an apartment / 1 Bedroom with Balcony. Views across Hills looking over Town La Spezia in distance..Imaculate Rooms and lovely size bathroom and Good size shower. We were a family of 3 Adults. Very peaceful welcoming and the swimming pool shared absolute bonus..

La Spezia was our 1st stop of our 2 week stay in Italy. We stayed at Gli Ulivi’s for 2 nights. What a wonderful and gracious host. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. Each room had a balcony with an amazing view. When we left, my daughter left 2 fendi rings she had purchased in Milan in a drawer. She didn’t discover they were missing until 4 days later. When I called Gli, he searched her room, found them, then immediately shipped to my house in US. Wonderful host!

Propriété extrêmement bien tenue aussi bien à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Située sur la colline la vue sur la ville de La Spezia est magnifique. On aperçoit la mer. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et de bons conseils tant pourl'organisation des visites au Cinque Terre que pour le choix des restaurants à proximité . La piscine est impeccable , très agréable au retour des visites.

Nous avons passé une nuit en famille. L'accueil est top et le personnel très patient car nous ne parlons pas l'italien et très peu l'anglais. Le studio spacieux et très propre. Le cadre avec la piscine juste majestueux.

Hyggelig lejlighed med køkken og badeværelse. Aircondition virkede dejligt i varmen. Fantastisk smukke omgivelser og dejligt pool område. Der er ikke restaurant, men der er mange hyggelige restauranter i området.

We booked Gli Ulivi do Montalbano to have access to Cinque Terre . Accommodation was as expected. Clean and apartment well maintained. the view despite rain and clouds was amazing. We had some trouble finding our way up the mountain to our accommodation the first day only. A few good restaurants in the area and a small grocery store. We were given great advice and guidance during our stay. Short car ride to train station to access CinquecTerre. Would certainly recommend!

Fantastisk utsikt och verkligt lugn. Väldigt fridfullt bland olivträden. Lugn pool. Vi hade två lägenheter med balkong och det var verkligen helt underbart. Ganska långt till affär och resturang men bussen går precis utanför om man inte vill åka bil. Ägaren var mycket hjälpsam och ordnade bussbiljett samt gav tips om utflykter.

A wonderful view and experience of Liguria with plenty of opportunities to breakfast with a view! This place is unlike anywhere i have stayed before in Italy or anywhere else to be honest.

Personne charmante à l’accueil avec de très bon conseil culinaire et balade. Juste dommage car il y a plusieurs appartement et nous étions placés à l'entrée de la résidence avec un tout petit balcon et pas la vue.

Bel appartement situé dans les montagnes et offrant une vue magnifique. Secteur calme et paisible. Difficile d'y accéder sans GPS; ne l'oubliez pas ! Adelmo (le propriétaire) vit sur place et très accueillant. Bons conseils sur quoi visiter, où aller, etc.

Persönlicher Empfang durch die Besitzer. Nahmen sich viel Zeit für Beschreibung der Umgebung, Restaurant-Empfehlungen und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Swimming Pool mitten im Olivenhain. Schön. Ende September war das Wasser schon sehr kühl zum Baden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Cinque Terre. Liegt am Hügel mit Aussicht in die Berge, sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto ca. 15min. bis ins Zentrum von La Spezia / Bahnhof und Hafen.
