Fomos bem recebeida mesmo chegando fora do horario do nossco check-in devido ao atraso do nosso voo. Lugar limpo, seguro e próximo da estação Termini Roma que é de onde saem trens, onibus e metro para o resto da cidade e outras cidades. Ficamos muito felizes e satisfeitas com a nossa estadia.

Lo recomiendo para una opción económica pero de calidad en Roma! El barrio en el que se encuentra es muy tranquilo y con restaurantes muy recomendables, en menos de media hora caminando estás en cualquier lugar turístico. La habitación es suficiente, tiene nevera y las camas son cómodas. El baño es amplio y hay servicio de limpieza y cambio de toallas a diario. El personal es muy amable, volveríamos a alojarnos sin duda!

Ho alloggiato nella sede di via Castro Pretorio e la struttura ha superato le mie aspettative: la stanza è pulitissima, il personale è gentilissimo e c'è una fermata dell'autobus proprio fuori dal cancello. Perfetto per chi ha bisogno di un alloggio low cost dove dormire senza particolari pretese.

The design is not new or modern but the room and bathroom is very clean. Everyday, somebody makes the bed which is unexpectedly amazing. Got a tv and air con in the room. It’s a good price to stay there.

Litet rent rum 3 kvarter från termini. Hade ingen frukost men gick ett kvarter till en bar med god och billig frukost. Lagom promenad ner mot centrum.

I stay here every time I transit through Rome for a day or two on general travel in the Mediterranean area or coming or going from a cruise ship. The advantages of this hotel, are its dependability, location just 3.5 blocks from the main train station, Roma Termini, and despite the dicey and very seedy area around the train station, the hotel is secure and in a quiet neighborhood. The small breakfast is adequate to get you started and the rooms are very good value for the money. Usually its pretty quiet, but this time around it was noisy caused by some hotel guests obviously not used to traveling, but they quieted down. I definitely will stay here the next time I"m in Rome and value the location and overall value it provides.

Me gustó mucho la seguridad del lugar. Lo que no me gustó tanto fue que me dieron la habitación 405 que está al lado del ascensor, hacia mucho ruido, pero por suerte la gente que se hospedada se ve que manejamos los mismos horarios, así que no pedí cambio de habitación. El personal de recepción excelente atención. Pero cuando ingresás al hotel hay una señora con un perro salchicha negro que no saluda nunca. Tendría que tener el hotel en la puerta un cartel que diga dónde está la recepción, ya que está de costado y no a la entrada del establecimiento. El desayuno en el restaurante de la vuelta muy bueno. Recomiendo el lugar.

I always stay at the Palma Residence when I come to Rome because the staff is very accomodating, the rooms are clean and modern, the location is close to the train station and several sites and of course, the price is right.

We stayed for 5 nights in Palma Residence. It is conveniently located near Roma Termini (the central train station of Rome). This made it easy to reach the place even late in nights as the area around was abuzz with activity with restaurants open till 11:30pm. The staff was friendly and available 24 hrs. Room was clean and daily cleaning was up to the mark. Bed, washroom, AC (yes it was hot), linen were all in good shape to ensure a comfortable stay.
