The service was extraordinary. Very attentive, helpful and knowledgable. The meal service was good, but limited. But with restaurants within walking distance, this was not an issue. Very clean and safe. The only amenity I would add is a whirlpool and pool for guests.

This is a lovely and charming boutique hotel. The service was excellent and we had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Our room was lovely with a beautiful terrace - unfortunately it rained almost constantly while there so we couldn’t really enjoy it. Although the hotel was a little out of the centre it was still convenient to the Metro. We would highly recommend this charming boutique hotel while in Rome.

I spent a month here while in Rome on business. It is a nearly perfect hotel. It is clean, private, quiet and roomy. The staff is amazing!! They went above and beyond on everything. It is within walking distance to the Colosseum and Circus Maximus. I can’t recommend this property highly enough!

Pepoli9 was so lovely - stylish modern decor, very comfortable, charming residential neighborhood out of the fray, friendly and helpful staff. If you want to stay right in the center of it all within steps of restaurants and sites and metro then this isn't for you, but if you prefer a peaceful respite to the touristy overrun parts of Rome and to see how real modern Romans live then this is your spot. There are still a couple bus lines around the corner and the hotel can call you a cab to pick you up. There is a nice, popular neighborhood restaurant a couple blocks away, a strip of restaurants, shops, bars & more buses ~15 mins walk away, and is just a 20-25 min walk north to the Colosseum. It was perfect for us.

This hotel is located in Rome, there are surprisingly good connections to go around the city, especially from the enormous and pyramid-shaped place. If you walk a day to see Rome, you'll soon find some interesting places on the route. The personnel at Pepoli 9 were very kind and helpful. The apartment's cleanliness was good and comfortable, overall it was a relaxing place after a long day of exploring the sights in the city. This is the perfect place to go back to!

I like the beautiful design and the charm of the room. The environment here is calm. It's like in a calm place, especially if I want to take a break from traffic. But the price is worth it with the best deal.

I will undoubtedly return. Rome has another compelling reason to visit the Colosseum. It's Pepoli 9!. This was my first time at Peopoli 9, and I fell in love once more. Everything is just perfect: the ambiance, the decor, the excellent cuisine, and the excellent personnel, Federico, Sara, Gilda, and Flava.

Sadly, I only spent one night in this lovely guest house. Excellent position, close to the Roman Forum and Colosseum. Beautifully designed and spacious rooms with a lovely courtyard. The rooms are colorful and contemporary. Beautiful linens and bathrooms. Excellent location, Flava is very responsive and accommodating. All the staff speaks perfect English. Excellent location in Rome.
