Viaje en familia, muy buena ubicación, tuvimos que buscar estacionamiento fuera ya que el del hotel cierra temprano. El desayuno y la atención del personal muy bien, la habitación limpia aunque un poco chica porque éramos tres. Muy bien ubicada, sin duda volvería

Das Hotel liegt im 5. Stock eines alten herrschaftlichen Hauses, der Check-in ist allerdings im 1. Stock - das ist verwirrend. Die Parkgarage ist nicht im Internet beschrieben, sodass man sie kaum findet. Man muss also irgendwo wild parken, zum Hotel rennen, in den 5. Stock fahren, dann die Rezeption suchen, sie schließlich im 1. Stock finden, um dann die Info zu bekommen, wo man parken kann. Nix für schwache Nerven. Das Zimmer ist allerdings modern und sauber, allerdings sehr hellhörig.

Das Hotel ist ein kleines aber feines Hotel. Das Personal ist super freundlich, das Zimmer war kleiner als gedacht, aber für ein zwei Nächte absolut in Ordnung. Alles war sehr sauber.

We are so happy that we went here. The staff is super friendly. We came way earlier than check-in time and they gave us breakfast while preparing our rooms. The location is great and the rooms are nice. Would go here again :)

I would totally recommend this newly updated hotel in the heart of it all. The luxurious modern design of the room made my stay very comfortable, and the juxtaposition of the beautiful antique elevator took it to the next level (pun unintended). Being able to walk out the front door and find yourself in the middle of the most posh shopping district ever was a real treat. When I first booked, I didn’t realize how close the hotel was to all the tourist attractions I wanted to visit! Literally every direction has something cool within a twenty minute walk. I highly recommend walking across the street, around the department store, up the stairs (over the wall), past the impossibly chic restaurant (toward Casa de Columbo)… because Porta Soprana was my favourite tourist site ever!
