Our family stayed at the Grand Suite at Villa Sant'Anastasio for two nights in early August. After traveling around Tuscany for 10 days we decided to look for something extra relaxing for the end of our trip, and we are very happy that we chose to stay at Sant'Anastasio. We arrived at the Villa after a day in Volterra and was meet by a helpful housekeeper that welcomed us to the property. The rooms where large, luxurious and cool (even though there isn't any ac) and where perfect for a relaxing stay for a family of five. We spent most of our time by the excellent saltwater pool enjoying the fantastic view of the countryside and watching the flocks of sheep grazing on the nearby fields. For most of the day we had the pool to ourselves. We had most our meals in the wonderful old garden and used the common kitchen for cooking. Our stay at the Villa was quiet and relaxing, and we would happily come back!

One of the best places for total relaxation, the villa allows the guests to forget about stress and chores. It's such a wonderful and peaceful place with a great pool, wonderful surroundings and friendly neighbors. We will definitely return!

We will definitely return!. Its a truly historic villa in the center of Tuscany was completely renovated and tastefully decorated and gives you the opportunity to see Tuscany while having this luxury base. It is close to Piss, Sinna, Florencia, and the beach, as well as many other smaller towns offering unique culinary and wine tasting experiences. The villa has a huge wellkept pool and quiet garden. The rooms are enormous, beautiful, and will keep you cool even on hot days without air. Its a truly wonderful place to have a romantic or family vacation and even a larger group of friends.

I just got back from a wonderful 8-day stay. The grounds, pool, and rooms were fantastic for me and my husband--my three children. Valentina was the one who made our stay memorable. She is a true treasure to you. she does everything she can to assist my kids. Nothing was too much difficulty for her. Excellent starting point for exploring nearby San Gimignano, Sinerna, Giorno, and Florence. A real Tuscan stay I can't wait to come back to.

We visited this lovely villa in July, it comes with spacious rooms, spacious pool, and Romantic atmosphere. We will be back. A pleasant experience. Sri Lanka and Peter.

The forgo is a lovely place to stay. The view is amazing and the room is ideal for relaxing with a large infinity pool. The room we stayed in was the cornell romantic suite. The room has a big bathroom and was very clean. When you have questions about the ins and outs of the area, the owners are always ready to help.
