Saya dan istri saya datang ke Kyoto bersama putra kami yang berusia 4 bulan. Karena saya datang dengan mobil, tersedia tempat parkir berbayar yang sangat membantu. Kamar 201 adalah tempat tidur single round yang dapat digunakan oleh setiap orang sehingga kami dapat beristirahat dengan nyaman. Ada lemari besar dan saya dapat menyimpan barang-barang saya di sana. Jika di hotel biasanya disimpan di lorong, tapi juga bagus di lemari! Terdapat wastafel, toilet, bak mandi, dan pancuran terpisah. Bak mandinya kecil, tapi saya ingin mandi dengan anak kecil saya, jadi saya senang bisa menyimpan air panas di dalamnya. Untuk makan tersedia piring, gelas, elang, sumpit, panci, penggorengan, dll. Saya bisa meminjam teko dan peralatan kerajinan tangan dari pemiliknya, jadi saya bisa mengandalkannya jika saya kesulitan. Sangat membantu untuk merebus botol bayi. Ada juga microwave dan kulkas yang sangat membantu. Karena ada mesin cuci, saya bisa mencuci dan memakai pakaian selama 4 malam, meski dengan jumlah pakaian yang sedikit. Namun, hanya ada jemuran di luar, jadi saya berhasil mengeringkan keringat di dalam kamar. Pencahayaan di kamar agak gelap, tapi itu tidak mengganggu saya karena saya hanya akan tidur di malam hari. Harga masuk akal dan pemiliknya baik. Saya juga berpikir untuk menggunakannya ketika saya datang ke Kyoto.

The Family Inn Kei was close walking distance to a few excellent temples and shrines. For public transportation, bus service is minutes away, Tokufuji Stn (next to Family Mart convenience store) JR and Main subway system is a short walk (under 10 minutes) and Kyoto Station less than a 15 minute walk away. Lawson's convenience store is just a minute or two walk! Not too central for many restaurants, but we used the microwave for most dinners.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'hôtel est très propre et calme et bien situé par rapport aux deux lignes de métro. Nous avons pu rayonner sur tous les sites de visite depuis l'hôtel. Nous étions 2 adultes avec deux adolescentes de 12 et 14 ans et c'était suffisant. Merci au staff d'avoir organisé l'arrivée et l'expédition de nos valises.

The room is spotless and conveniently located near central station. The service provided was exceptional. I experienced a problem with my lower back, and the female owner graciously offered me an extra mattress. She even helped us carry our luggage downstairs and even drove us to the central station, despite the fact that all the taxis were occupied! This woman is a truly remarkable find!.

Our trip got postponed due to a typhoon. However, the communication from the staff was excellent. They reassured us and processed refund even before I asked for it. Super helpful! The property was comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was good.

This location is excellent, despite its location not being in the heart of kyotos main attractions. You can go everywhere after a tenminute walk to the train station. The proprietors are onsite in our helpful service. The building is brand new and has nine bedrooms. You will have a view other than the neighbors around you, so i advise you to stay on the fourth floor. In general, this location comes highly recommended.
