Saya sangat terkesan dengan perhatian terkini dan keramahan yang tinggi dari seluruh staf. Semua staf sangat baik. Namun, karena ini adalah rumah pribadi tua yang telah direnovasi menjadi penginapan, semuanya kecil dan setiap tempatnya kecil, yang membuat masa tinggal saya begitu menegangkan bagi orang seperti saya yang bertubuh besar. Meskipun hal ini mungkin tidak dapat dihindari selama periode ketika tingkat hunian rendah, saya pikir Anda harus mempertimbangkan kembali untuk menerima perjalanan sekolah. Kuantitas dan isi makanan: Sukiyaki yang dibuat dengan daging sapi bermerek memang enak, tapi cara membuat warisanhita sendiri dengan kecap dan gula adalah yang terburuk. Saat ini, saya pikir orang sering menambahkan warisanhita yang dibeli di toko bahkan saat membuat sukiyaki di rumah. Selain itu, sebagai bagian dari pencegahan virus corona, kami makan dalam jumlah kecil dan menghadap ke satu arah, sehingga pengambilan foto jauh dari suasana makan malam yang menyenangkan, tetapi hal ini tidak dapat membantu mencegah infeksi.

I would suggest this location for a unique experience and a welcoming atmosphere. We stayed at olanabo for a traditional ryokan experience and had a great time! We were greeted by a very friendly front desk who spoke english and took the time to walk us through the ryokan, how to wear the yukata if we so choose, and how to use the public bath. The individual rooms also have an instruction manual on how to maneuver the ryokan and how to use the appliances. It was our first time using the public bath, but the facilities were very clean and relaxing. We did the traditional japanese breakfast in the morning, which we scheduled the night before with the front desk at a time of our choosing, and it was some of the most delicious food we had in japan. As an aside, i accidentally left my jacket at omanabo the day we left, and one of the staff chased us down as we walked towards kyoto station to make sure i didnt forget it, and im so grateful!

Staf hotel sangat ramah dan bersahabat. Kamar kedap suara dan rapi. Kamar mandi umum dan restoran umum semuanya bersih dan memiliki fasilitas. Kami juga menyewa gaun. Dekat dengan Stasiun Kyoto, jadi nyaman untuk jalan-jalan dan makan. Karena jadwal saya, saya tidak bisa sarapan.

I would highly recommend this place for a genuine enjoyable experience, all the staff members just made our stay even better due to their amazing service, would love to visit again next time. Extremely enjoyable and genuine stay, the staff were exceptional, i have never met staff more friendly in other hotels. Dinner was amazing, the staff were so accommodating to our dietary needs and provided excellent service throughout dinner. The rooms were as traditional ryokan would be, very clean and in a great location.

Saya pasti ingin tinggal di sini lagi ketika saya mengunjungi Kyoto. Makanan berlimpah di pagi dan sore dan semuanya dimasak sempurna dan sangat lezat. Kamar dan kamar mandi bersih dan nyaman. Nyonya rumah dan semua staf sangat ramah dan saya senang. Senang juga bisa berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Kyoto.

A wonderful ryokan just a few minutes from the kyoto train station and right in front of a stunning temple, higashi honganji. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and to ensure that we had the best possible stay. The food, breakfast and dinner, was simply amazing, with a lot of attention to detail! I rarely get a hotel, but this was it, an immersive cultural experience as defined by other reviews, worth trying when in kyoto. A few things i didnt appreciate are the lack of curtains, the presence of street lights at night, the proximity of a main road and an old building, which made it very noisy at night, and the availability of shared showers and bathrooms, which is to be expected for a ryokan. I advise light sleepers like myself to bring a sleep mask and earplugs.

Banyak sekali jenis nasi yang bisa dimakan sehingga saya akhirnya harus mengisinya kembali meskipun saya sudah kenyang (lol). Kopi setelah makan juga sangat enak dengan pilihan yang beragam. Ada ruang yang cukup luas dari lorong ke kamar, sehingga tidak ada kebisingan dari lorong atau kamar tetangga, hal biasa terjadi di wisma kayu dan saya bisa tidur nyenyak di kamar yang luas. Air di kamar masih baru dan bersih, sehingga terasa enak. Ada server air dingin di lorong juga sangat nyaman. Botol teh plastik kecil di kamar sangat cocok untuk dibawa-bawa di tas saya, yang sangat membantu karena saya banyak berjalan di pagi hari dan cuaca panas. Saya terkesan dengan fakta bahwa mereka bahkan menyediakan teh celup, dan mereka mempertimbangkan layanan tersebut demi kenyamanan para tamu. Berkat dorongan dari pemilik dan semua staf, saya merasa segar dan lebih bersemangat dibandingkan saat saya tiba. Saya bisa menikmati nasi baru mengilap yang ditanam oleh sang induk semang dan hidangan penutup kastanye, dan saya senang bisa bertahan di musim yang baik. I had never stayed at a ryokan before. The experience was exceptional. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the dinner and breakfast were excellent, plus excellent sake, and the room and bathing areas were immaculately clean. I highly recommend staying here, wish i could have stayed longer.

The perfect ryokan experience in kyoto kyoto - walking distance from the station and many attractions including nishiki market. The friendliest and most welcoming staff, meticulously considered every detail. They even gave us a ride! This was a great find.

This is the best hospitality experience ive ever had. From the moment we set foot, they welcomed us and cleaned our luggage right away when we arrived in the rain. There was always a sense of warmth from everyone there. Dinner was also great. But what really stood out was when i left my air pods in the room when i checked out. They tried to mail it back to me in another country, and when that didnt work, they personally delivered it to one of my contacts who coincidentally was in kyoto but was staying at another hotel. It was even well packaged in a box with a thank you note for us. Thank you, mr. Haruo, ms. Ayako, and team, and this ryokan will definitely be at the top of my list when i visit kyoto in the future.

A fantastic place to stay in kyoto. Clean and comfortable traditional japanese hotel. The service is truly outstanding! A 10minute walk from the train station. Make sure to try the japanese breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

What an amazing time spent at this charming ryokan. It was the highlight of our trip to kyoto, and we only spent one night here. The hospitable and kind welcomes from the ladies who run this ryokan are truly warm and inviting. They kept our luggage while we were in the city, and when we returned, they showed us to our room. Our delectable supper and breakfast were served with the utmost care. We encountered a hostess who was incredibly friendly. It was wonderful that these ladies were so eager to share and immerse themselves in the experience, and the room was fantastic. I will never forget how wonderful time i had here!.

I strongly recommend staying here. A truly wonderful cultural experience. This hotel is managed by amazing people, providing a more traditional japanese experience, guidance on places to go and things to do, and delicious meals. The goedi-do hall temple is across from tokyo station and is only a 10minute walk away. This is the place when in cultural kyoto experience it at its best with the locals.

We stayed there for 2 nights and couldnt have asked for a better experience. Everything was absolutely amazing. Clean and beautiful rooms, great traditional hot bath, delicious food, both breakfast and dinner and most importantly, great staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and so sweet to us. We had the best time there and will be back when we return to kyoto.

First time to japan and heading to the second state after tokyo. This ryokan in kyoto is spotless, lovely, welcoming, and convenient. The lady boss, employees, and everyone else are all very nice and speak english. They are very accommodating, and they even baked us a special christmas cake during our dinnertime. They made us feel at home and gave us a family vibe. They bid us farewell outside the ryokan in this winter weather and kept saying goodbye to us even though we were far from the ryokan. Her actions teased me. I promised, if i have the chance to return to kyokan, i will book this ryokan again for my trip.
