Das Hotel war großartig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Fussläufig ist die Station Hommachi gut erreichbar und je 2 Stationen weiter ist Namba und Umeda gut erreichbar.

My family loved our stay at MERBABU. We kept comparing it to all other hotel stays during the trip. When you first get there, you simply check in at a kiosk. We loved the projector and the light functions. The stove and washing machine were a plus! You can control things with the Alexa they have there. It was so close to the subway/train systems. Walking distance to restaurants and konbinis too! They offer great amenities everyday. Def staying there again for our next trip.

Soy hispano parlante, me hospedé con mis dos hijas y tenía temor de no poder ingresar por el tema de no tener personal para realizar el check in, pero todo fue muy fácil! El único detalle es que en la cocina no tienen ningún utensilio, no hay cubiertos, ollas, todo tendrías que llevarlo.

3명이서 사용했는데 정말 좋았습니다! 인덕션은 있는데 냄비같은 건 없었어요.. 금연객실을 사용했는데 같은 층 다른방은 흡연객실이였는지 복도에서 담배냄새가 심하게 났습니다.. 객실 밖을 안 나가면 괜찮긴해요!!

Best place we stayed at. Property was amazing big for family’s also had a washing machine and dryer in bathroom. We loved this place and would definitely recommend. Food places near by and also a great spot for breakfast a few mins walk.

It was definitely a little different not being able to check in with a receptionist and was a bit of a learning curb trying to figure out the check in process with no help other than an email and being in a country that I do not know their language… but once I figured it out, it was an amazing place to stay! Would definitely stay here again!

お部屋の中は、凄く綺麗でプロジェクターで壁に映してテレビなどが見れます。アレクサが設置されていて、カーテンの開け閉めや電灯をつけたり消したりなどが音声で指示できます。シャンプーリンスなども、質の良い物を使われていました。部屋の中は、靴を玄関口で脱ぐので荷物も床に置けて良かったです。お風呂上がりはスリッパを履いて過ごしました。アメニティも充実しています。家族全員が、連泊したかったと言っていました。ただ、無人のため施設に入る所で、戸惑っている方が多く見られました。後、ネットフリックスやAmazonプライムは会員ログインが必要で、宿泊者が契約していないと見れません。ログインした方は、退室時に登録削除した方が良いです。私が宿泊した部屋は、前の方のアカウントでログインが出来るようになっていました。私も、契約しているので、使用しませんでしたが、知らず知らずのうちに、誰かに使用されているかも…。履歴で、身に覚えのない視聴があったら、要注意です。それ以外は、近くに土日祝は安い駐車場もあって、良いとこづくしでした。また、是非宿泊したいです。
