We love staying at historic hotel. Best feature of Natalya is it's on-site onsen which is convienently accessible for hotel guests. Dining was great but they need more staff training for international guests. Checkout was a bit chaotic and inefficient with guests sitting around in the lobby waiting for the turn to be checked out (two staff at reception, and only one was doing all the checkouts). Otherwise, the hotel is convienently located close to town center and walking distance to the bus terminal, public onsens, etc.. we booked a room that overlooked the kusatsu yubatake.

宿泊前に予約確認のメールを頂いた際にバスターミナルまでお迎えをお願いしました。到着したら連絡くださいとの返信がありましたが、当日到着時間にお迎えにきてくださりとても助かりました。口コミでお料理のことを書かれている方がいて気になっていましたが、そんな心配もなく、夕食、朝食共に大変おいしかったです。お湯も間違いなくすばらしいです。男女交代制です。

最高です。いつ、誰が掃除してるのか分からない位、裏を見せない姿勢が素敵です。館内はお香の香りが程よくしています。ホスピタリティは、個々で分かれます。恐らくトップクラスの方の中には、若干感じ悪い印象の方もいましたが、従業員クラスの方々は、非常に感じ良く、こちらが求めた以上のサービスを気持ちを込めてしてくださいます。

地點好，前往草津溫泉或商店街都非常方便。酒店內溫泉很舒服，有足夠locker和梳妝位置。晚餐一般，早餐較好，用膳餐廳為和式設計，獨立包廂位置，很舒適。服務體貼，每次外出，不用告知哪間房，服務員已認得及把你的鞋取出放好。
