This accomodation has a modern facilities, fresh air technology, clean, and you can use the host kitchen as well. The host is really warm, and kind to help. The rooms in the design style are nice, but the room is strangely set up with the we and shower on opposite sides of the room. The rooms are clean and modern, but the staff are rude and unfriendly. Its a shame because theres potential if they improve their customer service. The location is nice, central and near to the main train station, making it an easy walk even with luggage. Only one elevator, the older one, which is even stranger. Another annoying aspect is that they have old style keys that weigh a lot but lack key card access.4.8/511 Mar 2023

This is a great central hotel for exploring the city. You will need to be very open and friendly to anyone you share the room with. It was delicious breakfast. No parking, even though the booking app stated it had. The funniest is the elevator, small doors which open to a huge elevator, carpets on the walls and ceiling, bench seat and huge mirror. This is a professional business hotel with nice, clean and attractive rooms, with the nice facilities such as free parking and a good breakfast buffet menu. The restaurant menu is rather limited, however the food is good. The bar is fine but there aren't many open hours. The room's air is very hot, so it needs some attention. I will without a doubt return. Despite the costs doubling because it was exhibit season, I wasn't too unhappy with my 120 per night. All the major hotel chains charged upwards of 250 per night. It's a new low-cost motel that is spotless, contemporary, and roomy. The rooms are airy, have decent air conditioning, and have terrific showers, but tiny single mattresses are grouped together to form double beds. The furniture is thin, and the room and hallways are very yellow. Decor manager is a big fan of coldplay. Modern, high-end receptionist with hospitable and accommodating staff. A large restaurant with a limited menu for breakfast, which included cold meats, bread, cereals, fruits, and other items. The only warm things were cooked eggs, but they were still pleasant, big, and roomy. The location is a 15-minute walk from the main train station. There isn't much nearby facilities, shops, or restaurants. I ordered Indian delivery through the very efficient and quick Lieferando food delivery app, which is available if you're there for a few days.4.2/525 Mar 2022

I stayed at this hotel for one night on a business trip. The website gives the impression that you are staying in a modernist hotel, and your reservation says Designzimmer, but the entrance has a pleasant working space and is fun to hang out there. The rooms are a bit sparse and not better than an ibis, for example the breakfast is good, the price-quality ratio is ok, and the staff was friendly. The neighborhood was a bit gray.4.2/53 Mar 2023

During emo this week, we had a few rooms there. Very nice and helpful staff, excellent breakfast with a view of the city and quiet room. However, the rooms are not great, because the water pressure in the shower on the bathroom floor is not great during peak hours. When I walked into my room, my first impression was that this was what a minimum-security prison might look like! I am not an average hotel, but this is my kind. It is not a destination to go on holiday or city trips, it's a transportation for work or pleasure. The staff are not friendly at all, I had a hard time making this reservation. The rooms are very large, with a wonderful view of the hangover city. Buffet breakfast is expensive and doesn't live up to its hype. The restaurant's dinner menu is very limited and also quite expensive. The wifi is good, and there is a variety of snacks, towels, and other items in the lobby. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the rooms are quiet and personal. Even a pair of slippers and a robe were left at each room. The hotel is close to a grocery store Rene just around the corner. I have been an actor gold member for the past several years. I normally get a suite when I stay at an actor home every time. However, I got a very poor deal after an novel hangover. The receptionist was unfriendly and did not plan to upgrade my room. However, I stumbled upon my room, which was completely cramped, including a bed and a very little worktable that was attached to the wall. There was hardly any ground to walk in the chamber. I have never remained in such a cramped room in an actor hotel. Except for freshly cooked eggs on request, the breakfast served in their restaurant was a chilly meal. The receptionists were unfriendly and unwilling to move my room. To my shock, when I entered my room, I found it very cramped with a bed and a very small work table that was attached to the wall. There was little space to walk around in the room. I have never remained in such a cramped room in an actor hotel. The hotel's location is in the center of hangover, not far from a supermarket and many fastfood restaurants. Hence, shopping and food are nearby. I'll add that it's a wonderful place to stay as long as you want. We stayed with family for two nights and it was fantastic for the price. Nice building close to the central train station and bus station. Due to the lack of a parking garage, the hotel's website should provide more information regarding parking options. Checking and checking were quick and easy. Customer service was also excellent. Checking at reception could have been better. The room is large and comfortable, with a small fridge, microwave oven, and kitchenette with a coffee and tea station including free water and muffins. Breakfast was good and enjoyable, but the same menu was monotonous each day. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The toilet and shower could have been larger and nicer. There were stains on the carpet, and the table had not been properly wiped down. I will say this hotel is a solid low-cost motel with no thrills or exceptional service. This hotel is in the central bus station called job, which is not the best area to hangover. However, it is very close to the city center, Hauptbahnhof, and Krapp. Parking is on the opposite side of a public parking lot and there is no direct connection. Having a lot of luggage can cause problems. I read reviews before that said the staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful, which I confirmed when I arrived and had a question about parking in front of the hotel to load the luggage. Do not do it as it is strictly prohibited by the city, but the receptionist didn't seem to be concerned with us or our request. However, when we left the hotel, a young woman was at the reception and she was very friendly! The younger staff should definitely take her as an example on how to be in the hotel industry. I can't comment on that because the rooms are outdated and only some have been renovated. For those who want to catch a hangover, it is certainly not the best place to stay, but be aware that there aren't many tourist attractions in the city. Hangover has a number of hotels scattered throughout the city, known for its fairs and congresses. While it is closer to the highway a than the city center, traveling on the tram line 3 will get you there in under 30 minutes. There are no facilities near the hotel, including stores, banks, or restaurants, or anything that needs at least three tram stations to get anything. It's no wonder it's frequently chosen for conferences and meetings, one of the reasons it's often full and has high cost. The check-in procedure was a little tricky, but eventually everything went well. The floors rooms are spacious enough and appealing, really functional in every sense. Noise isolation is ideal, once you can see and not hear airplanes landing or the nearby construction. Breakfast has everything you need, but the presentation doesn't make it any more appealing. The staff there makes no effort to be kind or friendly to guests, only inside themselves. Again, it wouldn't be the best choice for tourists, but it serves congresspeople very well with what it provides.
