Even though I usually do not do online reviews, my kids like it so much they want to write reviews themselves. Great experience from my kids and I especially enjoyed this hotel. All the staff was friendly and attentive when the kids need help. See the attached handwritten note from my 8 and 6 year old kids.

I had a great time while staying here. The hotel is near the beach. The rooms are big, lovely, and comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous. Every evening, there is classical Indian music playing in the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a great experience here. I was only able to make one reservation but the next one was extended. They provide a very good membership program. Every weekend, there is live music in the hotel's pub library blu. The atmosphere is lovely, and the cuisine is excellent. A good place for a romantic trip.

It's my experience in this place and I recommend this place to others. The staff were really accommodating and helpful. Special thanks to the director of visitors rooms and the restaurant manager at sunset. They do their best to make our stay comfortable. My trip even upgraded us to the Sea View Premier Suite, which is amazing and exceptional.

This hotel is in the heart of China. It was a good experience to stay here. And, this hotel had good service from the check-in and check-out, and the receptionists were friendly as well. They have a massive buffet breakfast with a variety of desserts.

I stayed at Leela Palace for 3 days, and the hotel and service were exceptional in every way! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. There were so many options for dinner and breakfast at the restaurant's buffet. Everything was fantastic! She had waited for me several times for dinner, and she was fantastic! Vicky raj was incredibly kind and helpful! Robert, my driver, was very competent and always had a grin on his face. He drove me around 8 a.m. and took excellent care of me. The rooms were extremely tidy and well-kept. There were plenty of bottled water in the room, and there are enormous rooms. The shower and soaking tube were incredible. At the spa, I had a wonderful time. The sauna steam room was simply divine. My khr facial was especially remarkable, especially the neck massage! The pool is beautifully kept and well-kept! Cons: The bed was too firm. I'm used to a firmer bed. Also, the juices for orange, apple, and pineapple were watered down at breakfast and didn't taste very well. This ought to be simple to fix. Note: I wanted to spend one night at the itc hotel after three days at Leela Palace, and what a huge disappointment! The itc

Overall, the service is very good. I have visited ith floor lounge bar regularly, and I also enjoy wine and food. I want to appreciate their service. They served well and made me comfortable. This was a great experience for me.

Very stunning building. Brand Weston, easy access. Hygienic ambiance. kind employees. Delicious cuisine. Largest buffet. impeccable rooms. Spotless toilets. Executive business class property. Special mention to the front desk employee Shankar. Thank you for your help during our stay. You kept my camera very secure when I forgot to take it with me after checking my passport. From security desk, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant. Everyone is just great in their roles.

We will be booking all our subsequent stays here!. Moreover, the hotel staff is fantastic and very accommodating. When you get the opportunity to unwind in the executive lounge, which is calming, big, and welcoming, you will be greeted by some amazing service. My guest, Ikran, my guest, and Chef Darwin have the best service.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chennai. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff were great. Housekeeping staff aruna will do different towel art every day, gym personal arun and prasad are very friendly and trainers coach when workouts and they have yoga classes too. They went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast is really great, chef will prepare item requested, since my team was staying here for longer period of time.

Our visit to this wonderful birthday celebration at the salsa restaurant was very good. The food is fantastic and the service from the chef is also very good. The next engagement event is to be held in a banquet hall. We thought the venue was very neat and tidy. They are taking precautions to ensure that our guests are safe.
