Nice long n shallow pool on the 6th floor with impressive view of skyscrapers. Friendly and helpful security guards. Yoga class on the 7th floor. Walking distance to klcc and pavilion.

The room itself. Had to wait for an hour for the agent to come & no proper instructions given when i made the booking. There should be a proper info that the apartment is actually going via agent. The security has no clue when I asked how to check in

It was a decent place to stay, but during my time the owner a bit late pass the key room. There is no official reception there. However, the place is very private and clean.

My overall stay was great. The service was good, prompt and friendly. The unit was generally clean and comfortable but there were small issues that i had with my unit. The shower drainage was clogged / slow to drain out hence why the bathroom always got flooded when I showered. Also there was no dishwashing soap, so we couldnt clean the plates and cups. Also would prefer more pillows on the bed, but that is a personal preference. We only got 2 pillows. I still love the place but would love to have those matters fixed for future stays.

タオルを使った花毛布のサービスには驚きました。まるで豪華客船の船室のよう。室内に洗濯機がありました。連泊するときは便利そうです。電子レンジがあり、便利です。ただし、壁のスイッチをＯＮにしないと動きません。これは気付きにくいと思います。室内にマニュアルが置かれていますが、壁のスイッチについて書かれていません。シャワーのヒーターのスイッチを入れないとお湯になりません。天井に向かい配線があるので気付きましたが、これもマニュアルには書かれていません。フロントデスクがなく、このタイプのホテルに慣れていない人には向かないと思います。

Good location with easy access to monorail and Intermark mall. However, there is room of improvement in the following areas: - air con for 1 of the room was reek of cigarette-smoke; improved after venting but the other room was affected past mid night. - Instructions for collecting room keys can be clearer and earlier for guests driving there especially we have already reserved parking in advance. - provision of mineral water should be part of the standard service for service apartment. - TV should have more than 1 channel and in working condition. The one in my room had lots of interference and not cannot be watched. - Pillow should be changed if they are of unusable condition. The two pillows in master bedroom were in bad shape. Hope to see improvement for the above.

I usually don’t leave reviews so this is a first. It was 3am as I arrived at the apartment. The place was musty as if it hadn’t been cleaned. We checked the beds which did not feel fresh and felt sticky as if the bed sheets and never been washed or changed. The towels provided were really old and used, not something I’d be comfortable to wipe myself. The whole place didn’t seem to be really taken care of but what grossed me out and made me leave immediately was the fact that the water boiler was alive. I had arrived late at night and wanted to make some cup noodles. I opened the lid of the water boiler and immediately wretched, wanting to throw up. There was a disgusting layer of dark brown mucus and some insects inside the boiler. After that I immediately booked another room. How basic is it to provide hot useable water, not even an ounce of decency for guests that are paying to stay.
