This place is a great choice for lodging with stunning scenery that includes both the sea and the countryside. It is conveniently located near all the tourist attractions and local cuisine that is recommended in malaka. The facilities are good and not overly busy on weekends or public holidays. If you have rented i recommend this place to stay.

This place has a secure location. The security guards are polite and sincere. They manage well. Its neat and tidy.

Its location is quite strategic. It is only 2 to 3 km from dataran pahlawan or klebang. Access is very easy. The place is clean. Except for the parking lot, it is fairly narrow.

This condo is excellent. The building is immaculate. It is kept up nicely. I believe that the reason people leave negative reviews is because they dont follow the rules. Simply follow those rules, folks. Scan the qr code for the homestay. Overall, i adore this condo. Will undoubtedly return. Excellent condo with 24hour security and efficiency.

Recommended. Best condo. Quiet and laid back. Clean, no messy bins. Every day, the corridor was mopped. Everyone is saying that the rules are so strict. However, you must wear swimwear to swim. Apart from that, nobody will care about you. The guard also doesnt care what you want to do. Just enjoy your vacation. Parking is large, very strategic. Lobby is clean. One thing i love about this building is its cleanliness. No litter messing around. Daily cleaning. Also, there is a laundry and grocery store below.
