This place has a nice environment and a beautiful view, especially for those who bought the apartment. The location is close to the checkpoint in johor. Only a few shops have started their business at the moment, most of the shops are still under renovation. It will open probably in a month. There are many restaurants here, so you will have a lot of choices.

I stayed here over the weekend and it has a swimming pool, gym, and steam room. Nearby there is a shopping mall, restaurant, and cinema. Not so crowded at this time yet.

Affordable place for renting out and lodging. At the end of december 2023, the surrounding area is still undergoing renovations. You are very near the custom, but you are also very far from the custom because the roads are blocked by numerous works. Parking is plentiful, and there are no issues. The mall is only a short distance because the area is relatively quiet. There is a night market in the area on weekends, but it is expensive because they are trying to get the returns due to the low crowd.

Overall, its a great value for the money and a great place to stay. A great spot in jb for a quick staycation. 6 minutes walk from malaysia ciq. The apartments are located above the RandF mall. The apartments were new and clean. Cons : due to covid, almost 90% of the malls stores were closed, and it was difficult at first to find the correct apartments lift lobby.

Like in hong kong, this place is quite cramped. There is a covered walkway above ground, but be cautious of the many scooters and bicycles, especially during morning and evening peak hours. When the rts is built, the walkway will be completely into randf. We now have to walk the final 50 meters. Some windows and units offer better views. The air here is not good because it is close to ciq, causeway, and jbcc. So pollution and noise. Shared pools for all the 3000 units, especially when fully occupied. It appears to be about 1/3 occupied now. The gym is nice, with a sauna, steam room, and yoga studio. Nice wellkept gardens.

So convenient to stay here if you want to travel to singapore. New shopping mall in jb. Large parking lot and lots of parking. There is a homestay above the mall. Lots of restaurants in the mall. Jaya grocer. So easy to get some groceries. Singapore checkpoint is just a few minutes walk from the buiding.

Recommended. I had a great staycation at the RandF princess cove with my campus friends! This location is within walking distance (need a bit of walking) from jb City square mall, and there is a large convenience store on the first floor where you can buy most of the staycation necessities such as food, alcohol, drinks, and so on. The place is affordable, spacious, clean, and has good views!.

The location is good, but dont expect much. Also, phase 2 is coming. The price is decent for the location, but dont expect appreciation. The biggest pain is having a water heater tank next to your shower head. The maintenance is at best 4-5/10. One bedroom selling around 500 sq ft - rm 500 k (Rental rm 1,600) and 870 sq ft. Two bedrooms on the top floor listing for $750-850 k (Rental rm$2,000) from the developer and resale market.

A good apartment to rent while in jb offers full condominium amenities, cardaccess controlled entry, and security personnel on duty aroundtheclock to guarantee your safety.
