Excellent customer service attitude. You must send them a message and go downstairs to give them the card before you arrive, which requires some english proficiency. The room is neat, the design is fresh, the color scheme is nice, and the view is nice. The overall checkin experience is excellent.

Lokasi hotel ini tidak jauh dari Menara Kembar Petronas yang jaraknya hanya 10 menit jalan kaki. Suasana disini sangat tenang dan fasilitas yang tersedia juga sangat baru dan lengkap. Hanya saja, kartu kamar tidak dapat digesek di lantai karena alasan keamanan. Saya akan kembali memilih hotel ini lain kali.
