Throughout these years, we have continuously communicated with our guests, interacting with them as friends to better understand their needs. In order to provide our guests with a higher quality travel experience, we have chosen the heart of Kota Kinabalu city center as our vacation destination. The Shore CBD Kota Kinabalu, which will be completed in early 2023 and boasts a wide panoramic sea view, serves as an ideal location. Moreover, the famous attractions of Kota Kinabalu are all within a 15-minute walking distance, allowing you to indulge in sightseeing, listening, playing, strolling, shopping, and savoring local delicacies. We are dedicated to fulfilling your every need.

The location of the building in the bustling city center makes the serene and peaceful environment quite rare. However, we understand that some guests may be sensitive to noise. To ensure your comfort and a good night's sleep, we have prepared earplugs for your use. We hope these earplugs can help you mitigate any noise that may affect your rest during your stay. Each unit features a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV, while the private bathroom includes a shower and a hair dryer. A balcony with an outdoor dining area and sea views is offered in each unit. At the condo hotel, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels.
