The place is clean and well maintained, very spacious and nice. I didn't use the kitchen so couldn't say if it works, other than that everything works fine and it's pretty complete and well equipped. The location is good, close to 24 hours 7/11, walking distance to mall and Johor Central Station. Great value for a 2 nights stay. Overall good, no issue. The only minus is you cannot drop luggage at the concierge if you happen to arrive early before check-in time, they only allow luggage drop if you reserve directly to Suasana not thru agent. Luggage storage available at the mall across the building, open during mall hours.

Setelah menyelesaikan formalitas imigrasi di perbatasan Johor Bahru, kami melintasi jembatan layang. Ini adalah fasilitas komersial yang menggabungkan stasiun kereta api dan department store. The suites are conveniently located near city square, with plenty of dining options nearby. A 24hour cafe is located opposite it. The suites and rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a pleasant view. Most importantly, the staff members were exceptionally kind and friendly, even helping us with the complimentary parking. Its important to note that you must obtain a coupon at the entry and validate it at the front desk before leaving. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff members, mr. Vijay, ms. Lavanya, and mr. Saravanan, for their outstanding service and friendliness towards me and my family. Thank you.

Suasana suites hotel deserves a solid 5 stars! The location is unbeatable, directly above Zenith lifestyle centre and a short walk from city square mall. A hidden gem is its proximity to haidilao, allowing for a convenient queue while enjoying your apartment. Excellent value for a highfloor private apartment, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Easy checkin and checkout, plus the added bonus of free parking on site. A delightful stay with overall convenience!.

The location is good, either the hotel amari or the apartment named suasana. The rooms are clean. The service is excellent. Usually stopovers the night before returning home.

Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan mal, jadi bisa ke supermarket, makan di mal juga banyak pilihan. Jalan kaki juga bisa ke JB Sentral jika ingin naik kereta ke Singapura atau daerah Malaysia lainnya. Minimarket terdekat adalah 711 dan money changer juga dekat. Intinya, tempat ini sangat strategis jika ingin menikmati kota Johor.

The employees are incredibly helpful, polite, and kind. The gym facilities are excellent. The kids swimming pool is not large enough. Although there arent many options for breakfast, it is delicious. There is self laundry service available.

I am very impressed with the condition of the room. This is our second time and we will definitely come back frequently in suasana. The view is nice up here. It is also located near all the shopping and dining areas.
