Effective 1 June 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4- and 5-star hotels and MYR 2 per room per night for 0- to 3-star hotels. The property’s star rating will be in accordance to the rating from the Local Council, and should the rating differ from the website, the Local Council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of MYR 200 upon check-in.
Guests are requested to contact the property upon arrival to enter the property.
The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival.

Self-Check-In Process:
Please be informed that this is a self-check-in property. We will reach out to you via WhatsApp with detailed instructions on how to access the property one day before your scheduled arrival.
Check-In Time: 3PM onwards
Check-Out Time: 11AM

Refundable Deposit:
As a reminder, we will collect a refundable deposit of RM200 via bank transfer before check-in to cover any potential damages or incidentals that might occur during your stay.
We want to assure you that we have complete trust in our guests, and we expect the full refund to be processed after your stay, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
