This is a lovely, rejuvenating vacation. The staff is friendly and warm. The accommodation is spacious and incredibly comfortable. This hotel was a great place for our yoga and relaxation retreat because it had breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The cuisine was excellent in terms of quality and varied taste and texture. The two pools were kept in good condition, and the hammer was a fantastic experience with a variety of treatment options.

A lovely hotel with many courtyards, cozy corners, and a fabulous pool. There were plenty of spacious rooms and powerful showers. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Food was delicious. We felt, based on the images, that the hotel had a view of the icy Atlas Mountains while the hotel is oriented in another direction. You can view the mountains from the back of the hotel, but the pool and bar area overlook a plain desert landscape. This is not a bad view at all, but it wasnt what I had anticipated! I discovered that the cost of meals, beverages, and massages was high compared to other similar places in Morocco and there werent many places to eat in the neighborhood. When we made our reservation, we were given a total cost of our stay, but when he said the calculation had been incorrect and that the price was actually much higher. He shared the difference in this cost discrepancy with us, but it wasnt very professional. Overall, it is a lovely location with plenty of wonderful amenities, thick, large pool towels, and lovely scents in all of the rooms, and we had a nice time there.

From arrival to departure, we were treated extremely well by all the staff. They went out of their way to meet individual dietary needs. The food is absolutely amazing. The rooms are immaculate and the staff keeps the room well. We were on a yoga retreat, and the shall is such a lovely place to practice yoga. The 2 pools are large and clean with plenty of beds and towels. Just great.

What is not to like? Great food, comfortable rooms, twice daily cleaning, and a fireplace in every room. The shower is huge and with plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. Very good service with all dietary requirements satisfied. I loved both the massage and manicure. 2 pools with sun loungers one heated, and lots of little nooks and crannies with sofas and armchairs. Wi-Fi outdoors is good, not so good in the rooms due to thick walls. But if the weather isn't good in the room, you can ask the receptionist in the carpool area. I was on a yoga retreat and the yoga will is also great. Many equipment and plenty of space. My only complaint was the weather could have been better! However, it's hard to blame the venue! Between the thick walls and the fireplaces it was not cold at all. And we also got some time on the sun loungers by the pool.
