I really like the location, the very comfy big bed, the pristine bathrooms, and the very friendly staff. The staff even let me use the facilities after I already checked out as I had an unplanned job interview call to take and only found out the morning of check out.

I thoroughly recommend this place! Wonderful visit. The location is both useful and beautiful. Although I reserved a solo accommodation, this was my first time staying in a hostel. The staff was very polite, and it was cozy and clean. The only drawback was that it was a little noisy. Because it was warm, I was sleeping with the windows open, but other guests gather just outside the door to socialize, making them a little loud below me. Also, there is some glass recycling that might require busting each bottle because the restaurants close late at night. Although it was a fantastic stay if the window had been closed.

The location of this hostel is quite good, because of its location within the city, the structure, the cleanliness of the rooms, the hall down below, the employees, the shared room on the third floor, and the breakfast served. Plus, we will definitely stay here again!

The employees here were so cool and professional, and they always give us everything we need to be able to enjoy our stay at the hostel. I got a twin room with a twin bed and the twin bed was also nice, they even left the toiletries and the other stuff that we left over in the bathroom. The room was spacious with a large size, with a nice lock that I can easily use. And the bathroom was also very nice.

We book here for one night, after British Airways again ruined our schedule by cancelling our flights, forcing us to travel to Portugal one day earlier for our road trip. The hotel is a short stroll from the terminal. Almost nothing was costing for one night, but for that, you get nice, welcoming staff, a bright, airy, modern, much larger than you expected room, with a peaceful outlook, via two small, semibalcony setup kinds of things, just big enough to stand outside if you so choose. We had a calm and sound nights slumber. Due to the design that was to be kind of open plan, the bathroom arrangement may not be to everyones tastes. The door couldnt be fully closed, but that was fine for us since we have no secrets from each other after 40 years. There was a nice little snack bar area downstairs where to relax, and the employees there were very kind. The brunch area joined this area, and for a small additional fee, you could grab a very good breakfast from a nice variety of food and beverages, including some delicious coffee from their capsule machine. This place was a great place to be as we prepared to begin our journey. Excellent value for money.

Good hotel, modern, and relaxed. Good room, bed, and bathroom, horrible pillow, just too big for the comfort of me. Breakfast is a forgotten experience. The prices used to be adequate. No more. Around 100 per night seems too much for what you get. The garage access is a mess. First, you check in and then go back to your car to park it. It's not pleasant when it's raining.

Being in an extremely early morning flight made us chose this hotel. When we checked in, the employees were kind and helpful. The structure is contemporary and clean. Our accommodation was on a level and I believe the housekeeping forgot to clean the floor. Instead of a standard bathroom door, they have installed glass shower doors and toilet doors, which could easily cause awkward situations. The bed was comfortable.

I choose to stay here for one night while waiting for my flight back to the usa due to the price and proximity to the airport. Why would 63 us seem amazing, maybe? Well, doesn't 63 us sound amazing, especially given that nearby hotels were selling in the hundreds that night? I tried booking that youngadult discount rate online before arriving at the property, I knew it was only available to purchase on the official hotel website but I assumed I could easily get it at the checkout. The website was down or did not accept my account for whatever reason, even after clearing all fraud protection freezes and similar. Please know that I'm not directly blame the staff at the Stayhotel Porto airport when I say the following. I blame the larger system. But it still needs to be said.. I hope the staff at the check-in counter quickly gave me the $ 63 rate, knowing I was having trouble with the websiteapp and should have been entitled to it with a better payment method. It was the last time I tried to get the rate to go through, the $ 63 rate had expired, and the next best option was $ 81, which was still exclusive to the app. As a result, my finances were in serious danger, as well as what happened when I tried to pay for $ 81, and it was $400 more than I had done in the previous week. Overall, a very disappointing stay, and I won't be returning until things improve. I had the disgrace of making reservations at the Stay Hotel for two weeks on business, for one night while on vacation, ok, but no longer it's simply not set up for it. The hotel is clean and modern and the beds are comfortable, but it ends there. I asked at reception for more coat hangers on the first day, only had five, but was told they couldn't give me any more because it wasn't company policy. I tried to get some laundry done, but the laundry bag remained in my room for days, eventually went to reception only to be told there was a laundromat a 10-minute walk away that could go there. Breakfast was sort of fine, but there was no choice, and the coffee was cold every day, and every day my requests for fresh coffee went unanswered. The paper cup and teabag left in my room were not always replaced, so I asked at reception for more but was told that was not possible, so in the end I walked over to the airport and purchased a cup. The staff in general were friendly but hard to get the attention of, especially the two young men, young men with beards who would completely ignore you even when you stood in front of them and tried to get their attention, which requires more customer service. I really enjoyed this apartment. The place is close to the city center, however it isn't very crowded, so the location is perfect. The breakfast is great. You can always find a dish for yourself and taste a local drink, such as pastel de data. The staff is great. When we got to the hotel, we were informed about all the monuments and restaurants. The room is also cleaned very frequently, so you will feel really comfortable.

It's a 3-star hotel but it feels like a 4-star hotel. Everything is very clean, the receptionist was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good, the balcony was huge and the hotel is in a good location. Everything is a 1015 minute walk. I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

The service and kindness of the staff are excellent. The rooms are clean and also delicious at breakfast. The location is in the middle of the river without being too close to the city hustle but still within walking distance. Many thanks to the staff.

We would consider staying here again if the price is reasonable, otherwise I would prefer to stay somewhere else. We stayed at spot family suites for a couple of nights in the autumn of 2021. The location itself is fairly well situated, not our first time in Porto, so it was simple to navigate between the hotel and the main attractions within the city. The room was quite large and had all the amenities one would want. It is almost on par with chains like no ibis of hotels, so the pricequality of sleep was a fair choice. One important thing this hotel shares space with an office building, so other than the guests, there may be some traffic. Breakfast, which was not exactly well planned, and the selection of foods was rather disappointing.

Supernova is an amazing, trendy but cozy location. The people who work there are incredibly nice and helpful. Nice communal area where you really want to hang out. Spacey, charming design. The kitchen is wellequipped so you can easily prepare your own meal. We ordered food at Supernovas little cafe, which serves tasty lowkey food. We stayed there in late October, but I imagine the terrace must be buzzing in the summer. I absolutely loved staying at Supernova!.
