The apartment was absolutely amazing. Being on the Banhofstrasse it had the best of everything right on its doorstep. The actual apartment itself was stunning. Everything in the apartment was new and it was spotless clean. it was so spacious and stylishly furnished. I couldn’t ask for anything while there. I’ve lived at other 5 star hotels for long periods of time off the Banhoffstrasse (for example the Widder Hotel, which is my favorite), but this is my new go-to place for short stays in Zurich. Great find. Will stay there again. Thank you.

I would say it is more than the perfect apartment. Peaceful, luxurious, and very pleasurable all in all. Everything you could want and more. Location, service, internet, kitchen, bed, interior design were all amazing. Everything looks even better than in the pictures. The best advantage of this service is the staff! It was very friendly, helpful, efficient and provided conciergestyle services. Also, the price is great compared to traditional hotel options. Its literally the best experience ive ever had. Who doesnt believe me? I advise you to make sure to make sure you do! I promise you wont be disappointed.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, unlike anything else ive ever experienced. It was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. James was consistently incredibly friendly and responsive, always addressing any requests and requests promptly, ensuring a seamless experience throughout my stay.

We appreciate the seclusion of a hotel that feels like home. You wont see anyone, it feels like you own the apartment. And it is on the top floor like a private penthouse. The accommodation is in a great location, very centrally located and within walking distance of shops and tourist attractions!.

What is described on Hotels.com is not what you get. First off we could not find the place then you need codes to get in there is no view from the rooms as the unit is a loft unit. Seriously disappointed and then we still have to pay to gave the unit serviced. Definitely won’t see me again and would never recommend it to anyone
