I always return! I only paid 10 euros per night for a large air-conditioned room with a fridge, a big bed, a TV, and a water heater because I stayed longer. It's simple, and the bathroom has hot water! Could be cleaner, but it is near the survey, the airport, and the Magna shopping center. Also, the landlady is very friendly and sometimes even brought me food for free. She speaks excellent English and responds to emails. The wifi is optimal. There is no reception, and you must specify your exact time when you come for someone to give you the keys. Also, look at the map and the exact dress, as it is difficult for some taxi drivers. Overall, the neighborhood is lovely, peaceful, and there are no hookups, and there are some of the top Thai restaurants right around the corner. Taxis in the city are about 200 baht, and it takes depending on traffic hours.

It's simple, and the restroom also has hot water. It may be cleaner, but it is near to survey. The airport and Magna shopping center. Additionally, the landlady is really nice and occasionally brought me food for free. She speaks excellent English and answers all questions via mail. The wifi is ideal. There is no reception, and you must inform someone of your exact arrival time so that someone is here to provide you with the keys. Take a foot of the map and the exact dress, as some taxi drivers find it challenging to locate. Overall, the neighborhood is nice, peaceful, free hookups, and close to one of the best Thai restaurants. A taxi ride to the city cost about 200 baht and may vary depending on traffic hours.

I ended up staying 3 extra days and the host was able to accomodate. It is dog friendly. There is water nearby and a family mart down the street. A short songtaew ride away there are bars and restaurants. It's better if you plan to stay monthly, rather than daily.

I suppose you get what you pay for, didn't really look like the picture, only had a single duvet on the double bed, quite a lot of mosquitos, the room that had the toilet with shower above needed some work. The girl who greeted us didn't speak any english, so had to call someone to translate. Wouldn't stay again :(

This "hotel" does not have a lobby or 24 hour person working there. I had to wait a long time before people realized I was there, I saw other people waiting for hours in the stairwell, and one couple just left after waiting. The owner clearly does not care more than to just take your money, and in usual Thai fashion they employ people from Myanmar who speak no English. It could be better, but first they'd have to care and the owner is content to enjoy her retirement while making a living off of her properties. They do allow dogs, so if that's all you need, it might be for you.

Almost impossible to find. There is no sign. None of the cabbies had heard of it or knew where it was located even though I had the address.

I couldn't find the property. I followed the GPS to the exact location, it wasn't there. There wasn't even a house with the same gate/ gate colour. I searched for hours, trying to call them but no one picked up. Wasted my money.

ขอร้องละ อย่าเอาเงินไปทิ้ง แนะนำโรงแรมอื่น ไม่ได้เรื่องสุดๆ เสียดายเงินมากๆ บอกมีที่จอดรถ แต่ต้องจอดหน้าซอย สภาพห้องแย่สุดๆ จะเรียกว่าไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าก็ได้ ผมไปถึงรอคนมาเปิดเป็นชั่วโมง หายไปไหนไม่รู้ ขึ้นไปดูห้อง น้ำตาแทบไหล เสียได้เงิน 400 ไฟห้องน้ำเปิดไม่ได้ แต่พอผมบอก ไม่ไหวมั้ง จะเปลี่ยนห้องให้เป็นห้อง 500 แต่จะให้จ่าย ดูสภาพห้อง เป็นบานเกด หายไปช่องหนึ่ง ผมเลยตัดใจกับแฟน ทิ้งไปนอนโรงแรมอื่น กลัวว่าตื่นมารถจะเป็นรอยซะก่อน ขอละ ทุบทิ้งเถอะคับ กากมาก จบแยก

nous sommes arrives devant l hotel celui ci est déplorable nous avons attendu 30 mn avant de voir une personne pas de reception s est un client de l hotel qui nous a renseigne pour avoir notre chambre lorsque nous avons enfin vu la personne qui loue les chambres meme pas un bonjour nous avons réceptionné notre chambre qui etait insalubre impossible de dormir dans le lit drap salle sans parler du soit disant matelas s etait des ressorts recouvert d un tissu nous avons pas dormi dans cette hotel et nous sommes reparti en direction de l aeroport car nous devions reprendre l avion pour phuket le lendemain apres midi nous avons paye 600 baths de taxi aller retour je déconseille fortement cette hotel meme gratuitement je ny serai pas allee

Ich durfte gar nicht erst einchecken, da niemand vom Apartmentpersonal da war und auch niemend jeweils die Telefonanrufe angenommen hat. Musste mir nach langer Wartezeit schnell ein anderes Hotel nehmen. Ansonsten war der erste Eindruck beim Betreten wie auf einer Muellhalde
