Sedikit masukan pengalaman dengan property ini. Kami check in jam 10 malam dan akhirnya check out jam 11.30 malam di hari yg sama. Ada beberapa hal yg membuat kami tidak nyaman 1. Bantal di tempat tidur bau. Sptnya bau dari tamu tanu sebelumnya tercium kental 2. Beberapa kacoa ditemukan di ruangan kamar tidur dan di ruang makan 3. Sandal terlihat seperti dari tamu sebelumnya; kecoklatan dan terlihat sekilas sepeti dipakai ulang 4. Terdapat sisa sisa makanan yg tertinggal di sofa 5. Untuk parkiran kami harus membayar lagi senilai 250ribu. Padahal kami hanya menginap 3 malam saja. Kalau tidak membayar, kami hatus parkir di mall dimana parkirannya 4 ribu per jam. Bisa dibanyangkan biaya parkirnya untuk 4 hari untuk di dalam mall. 6. Saat berbicara dengan pihak management , saya sudah mendapatkan kesepakatan untuk full refund. Saya memeberitahukan untuk segera diproses refundnya dan selama proses berlangsung saya akan hold kuncinya sampai diproses tiket.com. Namun pihak tiket.com malah memberikan alasan bahwa refund hanya di malam terakhir. Kunci sudah saya pulangkan namun proses refund belum juga diproses. Apakh ini hanya alasan dari pihak tiket.com untuk menahan refund saya belum mendapatkan kepastian. Menurut pihak management, kebijakan refund dari tiket.com. Jadi saya hanya menginfokan untuk segera diproses tetapi prosesnya baru 2 hari dan kunci sudah dikembalikan
