Posisi kamar tidak menarik karena tak ada view nya. Tidak ada TV kabel seperti di deskripsi, hanya ada internet TV seperti youtube. Untuk harga segitu sekelas “suite” termasuk mahal karena di kamar tidak ada fasilitas kulkas, TV kabel & jendela yang ada view tapi saya menyukai fasilitas free access to boat activity (10 min.), swimming pool & saunanya.

Yg paling sy nikmati adalah makanan, enak dan sangat cocok di lidah. Sy sampai di lokasi jam 15.30 dan kamar belum ready (pdhl jam 14.00 seharusnya udah ready dong). Kita disuruh menunggu 30 menit lagi. Kecewa sih, krn kondisi badan yg sudah sangat lelah pgn rebahan. Saat kamar nya ready, kami masuk dan tnyt lantai kamar masih basah dan aroma nya kurang enak😔. Sebelumnya sy udah konfirmasi utk dpt kamar balkon dan view danau. Betul sih view danau dan ada balkonnya, tp dapatnya di lantai 1 yg bener2 viewnya parkiran yg nutupin view danaunya. Hmmmml. Utk kedepannya harap diperhatikan lg hospitality nya terutama utk waktu check in, apabila mulai check in jam 2 siang, berarti jam 2 siang bener2 udah ready. Krn kondisi org yg dtg beda2. Dan kondisi kami saat itu benar2 lelah, pgn rebahan. Semoga ke depan lebih baik lagi. Kru nya pun jg semakin cekatan. So be better, do better.
