Say pernah stay di Aston, prima hotel, swissbel, Luxton, grand tryas, tryas, citradream. Tapi service paling paling the best jatuh pada Desa Alamanis Resort Vila. Mulai dari security depan yang bantu kita parking karna parking lot nya kecil tapi very helpful si Bapak security, this bapak make sure to reception about our reservation to F.O so when we at F.O the staff from FO just make our check in easy and fast. Staff FO jelas ramah. Bapak RT our bellboy very helpful, ketika breakfast oh super happy not because the food ya tapi staff nya super super attention. Ibu cookhelper yang di nasi goreng station i love her service nice smile and sincere, and dont forget mas yang bolak balik naik turun tangga antar menu breakfast kita ahhh yang selalu helpful dan make sure all complete and take us a picture yang like a pro sempet gak yakin sama pilihaan pemandangan yang di ambil but yes im forget... he know actually where is the good spot to have a good picture. Thank you staff F&B your service is class. Oh yaa staff F&B ketika saya dan family order dinner juga helpful mereka menyarankan menu menu yang makan seperti sop iga but guys sorry sop iga biasa saja, order sop daging tapi daging habis di ganti ayam is ok tak masalah tapi good sudah confirmasi. Top selling nya nih team F&B malam. Oh ya ada petugas very helpful juga ketika check out antar tas sampe mobil, terima kasih. Please please for next stay kasih saya kamar dekat pool, saya gamon (gagal move on) tapi si anak kapok karna room banyak tangga dan jauh. Jadi harus negotiations lagi nih sama si kiddo kalo mau stay disini. Well Desa Alamanis Resort Vila yous services is CLASS!! TERBAIK!!! dari semua hotel yang pernah saya kunjungi di Cirebon
