Di tiketcom booking yg pake AC, sampe sana dikasi kamar yg kipas angin. Alasannya kesalahan ada pada tiketcom. Nyuruh kita complain ke cs TIKETCOM, atau minta refund aja. Padahal baru nyampe dr perjalanan kereta api,dan bawa anak kecil jadi males nyari2 guesthouse lagi. Penjaga guesthouse tidak ramah, ngomong nadanya tinggi, dan nadanya bentak2, tidak terima kalo kita dapat harga semurah itu di tiketcom. Ngomong ke kita, harusnya kalo mau booking disitu ya offline aja, jangan booking di TIKETCOM. Loh ya kalo memang harga dr TIKETCOM merugikan pihak questhouse, ya sudah ga usah dijual di applikasi tiketcom lagi aja. Ujung2 nya kita harus nambah uang buat upgrade ke yg pake AC. Padahal itu posisinya sepi, yg nginap cuma ada 1 kamar lain selain kita. Kondisi kamar sih gak ada masalah, gak ada complain soal kamar, semua nya oke sesuai harga. Plus nya ada smart tivi, dan ac nya dingin. Cuma dr awal udah keburu kecewa sama hospitality pengelola guesthouse nya. Tidak profesional. Tiketcom yg ngasih harga murah, tapi customer yg dibentak2 suruh refund. Kan kocak
