Saya melakukan pesenan tiket tesebut dikarenakan dari tiket.com memberikan informasi bahwa hotel tersebut ada informasi nama ARTOTEL. Setelah sampai dilokasi, tenyata dilokasi Pelangi Park tidak ada informasi rebranding ARTOTEL Foto meja Resepsionis yang tidak informasi rebranding ARTOTEL. Saya diantarkan ke lokasi kamar yang jauh dari lokasi Pelangi Park dengan jarak 750 M dengan tulisan The Pelangi (bukan Pelangi Park) Setelah saya tanyakan ke kurir yang membantu saya dikamar apakah benar ini artotel ?, setelah berulang2 bertanya-tanya bapak nya menjawab TIDAK, kemudian karena merasa tidak terima saya menghubungi resepsionis "apakah benar ini artotel, jika benar saya minta buktinya kalau benar ini ARTOTEL", kemudian resepsionis menjawab "pihak manajemen akan datang menghubungi saya" Sebelum pihak manajemen datang ke kamar saya, saya mencoba menelepon Customer care Tiket.com (<60 menit dari saya checkin), saya menunggu solusi dari tiket.com, tapi tidak ada solusi dengan status sedang ditangani (informasi by aplikasi tiket.com) sampai besoknya Minggu, 9 Februari 2025. Pada malam itu, Saya sempat bilang ke Customer care untuk menyampaikan solusi 1x60 menit untuk memberikan solusi, tapi tak kunjung ada diberikan. Sehingga akhirnya kita menginap di hotel tersebut, kenapa tiket.com begitu lama menangani hal tesebut ? karena jika uang kami kembali pada saat itu kami bisa mencari hotel lain, tapi dari tiket.com tidak memberikan solusi. Pihak manajemen datang ke kamar saya, saya tanyakan terkait PKS antara ARTOTEL DAN Pihak hotel, mereka menjawab tidak punya karena masih on going. Saya punya rekaman pembicaraan saya dengan pihak manajemen pelangi park, dan saya tidak berkenan untuk menyampaikan melalui email karena takut disalah gunakan. Terakhir pihak tiket.com pada senin 10 Februari 2025 menelepon saya , dan mengkonfirmasi benar PKS ARTOTEL DAN Pihak hotel belum final masih dalam proses. yang saya tanyakan, Bagaimana pihak tiket.com bisa menjual tiket hotel yang ada informasi ARTOTEL sementara secara legalitas PKS ARTOTEL dan Pelangi Park belum final ? saya sebagai end user merasa dirugikan karena ada informasi tersebut, karena jika tidak ada informasi ARTOTEL pasti saya tidak akan memesan hotel tesebut. Ada kerugian material dan non material yang saya alami, intinya saya tidak akan memesan hotel tersebut jika tiket.com tidak menambahkan informasi ARTOTEL. Intinya saya merasa dirugikan , dan saya tidak berkenan diberikan kompensasi berupa gift voucher sebesar 100.000 (Seratus Ribu Rupiah) atas kegurian material dan non material yang saya alami. hotel sama glampingnya have different setups. The glamping is cool, but the hotel could use a little upgrade. viewnya better in the glamping area. hotel's facilities are fine, with a pool and water refill stations. Car parking is ample. Perfect for office events or massal events, but for me, I’d pick the glamping for small groups. Checking out the hotel in Sentul! The glamping area is awesome, while the hotel could use some upgrades. The view from the glamping is better. Perfect for office events and massal events. For small groups, I'd still go for the glamping, or chill in the Saung or pendopo for some peace
