Hotel nya termasuk hotel tua, kurang perawatan saja khusus nya toilet di kamar. Kolam renang nya juga tdk terawat, khusus nya di kamar ganti atau kamar bilas nya sangat sangat jorok. Petugas kolam renang nyanjuga tdk ramah sama sekali, jutek, kerja nya maen HP terus. Waktu anak anak berenang tidak di kasih handuk, padahal handuk nya saya lihat tersedia, kami harus bawa handuk dr kamar. TOLONG MANAGEMENT HOTEL BISA MENEGUR PETUGAS KOLAM RENANG, SANGAT SANGAT TIDAK RAMAH. SATU LAGI PETUGAS FRONT OFFICE JUGA SANGAT KAKU, SAYA MINTA CHECK OUT JAM 1 SIANG TDK DI BERIKAN, PADAHAL SAYA BOOKING DUA MALAM UTK 4 KAMAR. PADAHAL KALAU DI HOTEL2 LAIN LEBIH FLEXIBLE UTK WAKTU CHECK OUT NYA, APALAGI SAMPAI BOOKING 4 KAMAR UTK 2 MALAM. MANAGEMENT HOTEL TOLONG DI PERHATIKAN HAL2 SPERTI INI. Utk Breakfast standard aja sich, tdk banyak variasi nya.
