Good budget hotel with a convenient location near Kinkane city center and central departure shop. The room was comfortable but not soundproof. Nice nearby pub and disco really disturb me at night. If you need a rest, I recommend staying elsewhere.

I need to stay over night for business and found this hotel when I went to check in the receptionist told me to book online because it was cheaper so I did it and the room was discounted from 700 baht to 566 baht. I found the room basic but had coffee water a fridge cable to and a separate cubicle for shower and toilet, bed and linen were crispy clean, a single bed was also available, in the morning a breakfast room was set up just for a basic coffee and creamer which I skipped, but was happy with my sleep at the hotel.

On January 25, I arrived late and was checked in immediately. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though my Thai communication skills were limited. The hotel does require a 500 baht key deposit that I was given back when I checked out. I would stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Khan keen.

I spent 4 nights and 5 days. It's not bad for a business trip. Good room and clean but the TV may not work and the signal is also not clear. The hotel is in the heart of the town and easy to get anywhere. The price is reasonable.

This place is very recommended. My family and I stayed here for 7 nights while doing work in Koh Kaen. The location of the hotel is great because it is close to the night market, where it was our daily fix for dinner. The hotel is clean and has big rooms, although the showers are a bit old and the handles might be flimsy. There is a school behind the hotel, so for rooms facing the school, they might be rudely awakened by children's noises and loud music playing at AM.

The price is worth it with the friendly attitude from the staff who provide you laundry services that are very thorough. But the bathroom is a little old, and the handles may not hold the desired shape. In the room, they have spacious and clean rooms even though the shower is a bit old and the door handle can come off. We stayed here for seven nights while doing projects in Chonkaen.

I took the plunge and reserved a room as I discovered this location online, a special deal at an amazingly affordable price. I was glad I did because the service was excellent, the location is close to transportation, markets, bars, restaurants, shopping centers, etc, and my room, despite being a chic one, just felt like home. The reception staff is smart, courteous, and available 24 hours a day. There are laundry machines available, and it is guestfriendly. Just ask the personnel for drinks if you require them. Look for the vintage facade when you first enter, it will be a charming place. Youll see my coffee being chilled to your YouTube vlog, and the rooms are wellappointed. I believe Ill return.

The php inn is a bizarre roombudget hotel that is two minutes stroll from the airconditioned main bus stop. nice, large, and basic rooms were very clean. We had no complaints about the comfort of the bed or pillows, but the towels were a little thin. Small refrigerator, air conditioning, almost 200 channels on satellite every language you can imagine, but lots of sports, news and the occasional South African soap. INSANELY QUICK AND FREE WIFI, very friendly staff but not much English spoken. A large hawker market next door appears to be open 24 hours a day for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in the middle of the night, but no noise. Khan keen is a fairly large town with a huge market and lots of eating options, mostly great cheaper, but some decentlooking and reasonably priced western restaurants. Its a fascinating enough town to spend a few days on your way to laws, a visa processed in 10 minutes, costs about $5 more than at the border, but its well worth it. You can obtain a visa on arrival, but queues are very long, and if you take the international bus much more easily, with no touts, no arguments, and only bt 180 all the way to vientiane you must have a visa already or they wont wait for you. 3 westerners had their luggage removed at the border when the

I have stayed at the php inn on a few occasions over the last four years, it is showing it's age in many ways but makes up for this in value for money, quietness, and general cleanliness. It is centrally located in Koh Phan Jokpur, many places are a walk away or a short swim by tub. A great place to stay if you are solo or on a budget.

If you want to save a few baht, this is the place! My friend and I were in Karachi keen for a golf trip and found php Inn. Zentrally located, spotless, clean, friendly staff and very inexpensive.

The hotel was clean and the rooms are a decent size with a good size bathroom. The price was 550 baht per night. I liked the restaurant for evening meal. We had a really nice meal which cost 100 baht per person including beer. Also there is a place to wash around 100 meters from the hotel. The only drawback is that they no longer provide breakfast at the restaurant but there are many locations nearby. I found this place to be good quality for a great price. 4 stars.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean but needs some makeover. Restaurant food is good and there's live music at night. Breakfast is cheap but not worth the price. Will I return? I think so because the resort is cheap and the staff is friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights. Very good value but a little out of the way. Advantage was quiet. The food at the nice restaurant was great. I have to say that the pool was out of action and disappointing. The booking engines do not provide up-to-date information. We wouldn't have stopped there if we knew. Maybe it only happened on the day we arrived.

I'm glad I found it on some review websites. Nevertheless, if you have a car, I believe it is perfect because the only disadvantage is the location. The room is huge. The shower is good. The facilities look a bit outdated. I enjoy breakfast. Despite the fact that it is Thai. The price is acceptable, especially the included breakfast.

This was the ideal location for me and my son while my wife was at Bangkok Hospital. It was only a 2-minute drive from the hotel to the hospital and back at night. The hotel is old and requires some maintenance, but you get what you pay for for 50 for three nights including breakfast, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast consisted of rice, a hot dish, fried eggs, cereal, and toast. A decent coffee maker as well. The room was roomy and comfortable. As I said, signs of wear and tear were visible throughout, but since we were only here at night and stayed all day till 910 p.m. I would return. Thank you.

Not in the city centre, but a great place for us because the hotel is close to the main highway 12 and we only spent one night in Khan keen. The room is very spacious and pleasant, with a nice bathroom. Everything was clean and in good shape. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Very good wifi and internet in the room. Breakfast has a limited selection but the food is of good quality and freshly cooked eggs are a bonus.

A wonderful small hotel hidden away from a busy street. Most rooms have views of a beautifully designed garden and pool. Prices are reasonable, double rooms are 800 baht, triple 1300 baht, prices include a delicious breakfast buffet. Staff are very friendly and kind, especially bee the fantastic manager. Her smile and laugh will make your day brighter. Highly recommended.
