Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Very cool vibe with fun rooms and very comfortable beds. Loved the mini bar options and we had a room on the 17th floor which had a great city view. The Kiln and Loom bar within the hotel are great with yummy food, breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again as close to all the amenities we needed, handy to the city as well as easy walking to other great parts of Sydney.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms were clean and stylish. We were only there for one night and dealt with itchi at the front desk he was a real pleasure. He gave us great local recommendations and really helped us make the most of our one night in sydney. She was a gem and we hope to return to this hotel sometime.

Clean, comfortable and trendy hotel. Nice staff. I had a relaxing stay. Lots going on in the bar downstairs and upstairs (stayed over the weekend), but the rooms were nice and quiet.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The hotel has a very cool design, including the rooms, restaurants, and so on. When i had a few issues, the staff was really helpful and resolved them. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The rooftop restaurant was great, as was the room service food and breakfast. Would stay again.

The rooms are beautiful, and the attention to detail is very nice. The food at loam and kiln was very delicious. There is a blonde lady at the bar who was great and recommended beaches nearby. We stayed there during the christmas season, and we really appreciate how polite the whole team was, making us feel at home.

I have a strong interest in interior design and architecture, so i cannot recommend the Ace hotel highly enough to anyone with similar interests or to anyone looking for a unique hotel experience. We have already stayed several times and have plans to return. The vibe at the ace hotel is truly remarkable.

Great hotel especially compared to some of the big brand hotels. Extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast is by order and not buffet style. At least with this it comes out hot. Staff pleasant enough but a little stand offish. Typical Sydney people in that regard. Overall I’d stay again based on the comfort of the beds
