The location was very central and right on the free tram line. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and the checkin and checkout process went smoothly. But the cleanliness of the room was the one major downfall. There was black mold in the shower which i thought was extremely dangerous for the health of occupants.

Our twobedroom apartment was conveniently located within the free tram zone, making it convenient to access everything that Melbourne has to offer. We stayed with our two young children, and we were able to stroll along the promenade and enjoy some delicious food with a lovely view. Our host was incredibly helpful and kind. Would suggest and would stay again. Thank you for ensuring i had an enjoyable stay.

Michael and his team made organizing this so much easier than it could have been. We had a large group reservation that required over 30 apartments for our synchronized skating club. They were friendly, helpful, and polite, keeping us informed of any changes and helping us resolve them. Thank you team for your wonderful service!.

Its not a problem. Excellent location, right around the corner from the tram, next to the district shopping center, with breathtaking views. Beautiful modern apartment. Im so happy, ill be back.

I will undoubtedly return. Top apartment very wellkept and cozy place very roomy. Beautiful views of the city and the water from the balcony. Nearby restaurants, cafes, and bars as well as transportation.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for last minute accommodation. It was offered at incredibly affordable price. Great location for families, very helpful at reception. The apartment was clean and tidy, albeit tattered, but it was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend!.

The akom apartments in docklands were fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed, including sweeping views. It was incredibly easy to check in and the staff was excellent. Not far from the dockland district. What i loved about it was the weekend getaway.

We had a threebedroom apartment with plenty of space and amenities, with savoring views of the harbor. Excellent location for transportation by tram or train. It doesnt have luxurious finishes or furnishings, but it has everything you need for comfy lodging.
