I will back to here again if will foing back to Melbourne. Big room, full facilities, near to tram station (in front of Aquarium Melb tram sta.)

Very disappointed to arrive to a room that looked completely different to the one advertised on the website.
- 2 Bedroom Riverview Apartment
- no king beds (as stated on the website)
- was very dirty (stains on carpet & walls)
- view would’ve been spectacular, except the windows were absolutely filthy!
- heating was poor - also no indication of room temp as the dial didn’t state this
- shampoo/conditioner/body wash had been used - could see how much had been used in bottles (not sealed).
- one recliner was broken
- location was good - walking distance to aquarium, Southbank, etc
- beds were comfy
- no restaurant on site
- was very noisy, as is right beside train line - but everywhere you stay in Melbourne is noisy, so you need to expect that
I wouldn’t stay here again. Maybe we just got a bad room - but when you advertise a room that looks so great on the website, your guests should get what they pay for!

Don't bother staying here if you want any peace and quiet. Train and traffic noise is understandable, but apparently it's ok for parties in rooms to be as loud as a nightclub. Woken up at midnight to loud music, still going on the next night despite making a noise complaint. Shame, because otherwise it's a fine place to stay.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom Riverside Tower apartment for 4nights. The room was comfortable, supplied the kitchen basics for crockery, cutlery etc. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board also provided. Bed was a king and very comfortable. Loads of hanging space, although not many hangers. There were two screened, opening windows.
The only unfortunate thing was that even with the windows shut the noise from the rail lines running from ~4am until midnight meant noisy nights. The property was in a great location, views across the river to Crown casino and opposite the Aquarium but due to the noise we won't stay in this room type again.

Great location, bit tired, needs some maintenance but clean & comfortable & very reasonably priced for the area. Close to public transport & out 2 bedroom apartment slept 5- good value for money if you are travelling with a family

Room was more than I expected. A more than adequate kitchen, with combined dining and living room. A great view of the river also from the very comfortable bedroom, with large walk in closet. A very nice bathroom with washer/dryer. All appliances were almost like new. A/C worked great.
