This property is elite. The staff is amazing- Johnathan and Marie in particular were so helpful when it came to suggestions on things to do and helping us make bookings. The property is spotless, the rooms are huge, the food and drinks are excellent. We loved the breakfast and evening canapés. Highly recommend, and planning on returning as well.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, room was lovely, spacious. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Capella. One area for improvement we would suggest is the quality of the breakfast buffet, some of the food were cold and some the pastries were undercooked. Despite this, we would be back next time we are in sydney.

The most amazing service we have ever experienced from a hotel, and we’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels all over the world. The staff is so accommodating, professional, and helpful, but most importantly, so friendly and warm—they made us feel at home, we never wanted to leave! The daily free breakfast and evening ‘ritual’ was phenomenal and the rooms were so beautiful. Also the location was so convenient to the quay and all the top notch restaurants. This was our first time in Sydney, but plan to come back again in the future, and usually we like to try out different hotels each time we return—but we already know we want to come back to Capella because it was THAT good.
