Staff at reception were kind and offered various suggestions on what to do/where to eat around the area when I asked. The facilities were clean, quiet, and amenities are nothing crazy but offered multiple clean spaces to hang in. New to travelling and first hostel stay, honestly have no complaints!

スタッフの対応はとても良い。24時間対応で助かった。エレベーターがないので、荷物を運ぶのが大変だった。下がクラブになっているので夜中はうるさい。女性専用のシャワーとトイレなので安心出来た。シャワーの水圧が弱い。

I spent 4 nights in a single room. The room: it's basic, but the bed is very comfortable despite its spartan appearance. The linen was clean and a towel was provided. There is no air-conditioning, but a wall-mounted fan works perfectly well. Basically the room does the job considering I wasn't in Sydney to camp at the hostel. The toilets and showers are shared and my fear was the level of hygiene. Here too, I was pleasantly surprised; the bathroom is always clean. Luggage: I stored it in the room as the door has a magnetic access card. The only downside was the 2 floors you had to climb without a lift with 2 pieces of luggage and a computer. But that's my fault, there's a room in the basement where you can store luggage you don't need. And here too Maize is very practical, because on check-out day, if you still want to hang around the city, the hostel offers to store your luggage for free. Finally, of course, its location right in the centre of town is exceptional, for a very low price.

Friendliness of staff and shop retailers in the area. Location within walking distance to light rail and close to everywhere I wanted to go. Julian a guest who took my bag up to the second floor then was interested to know my opinion on where I went. I felt completely safe walking in the street at night being on my own and female. Most guests ignored me but this I didn't mind since the desk staff were so friendly. I'd gladly stay again. This was the first holiday I had by myself so I got to go where I wanted without having to compromise to suit someone else. I was born in Sydney and loved living there, I'd move back if it wasn't so expensive to rent. Coffee cafes cheaper than Queensland.

This is my first time in a backpacking hostel and I really enjoyed it. It's just a short walk from Museum Station around 7 minutes, the place is really clean and tidy they have a billiards table tv room with a movie night on Thursdays with free pop corn and chocolates, I went during Mardi Gras and there was free glitter and makeup to get ready for the street parade, I was really impressed, I chose a single room the only negative is the mattress is a bit uncomfortable but not too bad I ended up putting the bed quilt on top as I could feel the springs in the mattress I'd definitely go here again when traveling to Sydney again Jeff

Si lo recomiendo el personal fue amable puede guardar mi equipaje antes de realizar mi check in, el cuarto donde se guarda el equipaje recomendaría que lo ventilen y agreguen olor porque tenía mucho olor a sudor y en la habitación únicamente hay ventilador y si es un poco caliente el cuarto. Pero por lo demás bonita experiencia.
