Property was lovely, facilities were great, room well presented and everyone we interacted with were lovely and helpful. Great facilities. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay somewhere with a bit of space and ability to prepare food etc. Super market and bottle store right across the road.

We had a studio apartment and were impressed with the space, comfort and design. The bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and contemporary. And the area around the hotel is great - interesting restaurants, groceries nearby, train, etc etc. Loved this place.

Great place and love the architecture. Two things to mention. 1) We requested a bed configuration of 1 King/Queen and 2 doubles for our 2 bedroom suite. Additionally we requested the big bed be in the primary bedroom, our request was switched (big bed in small room). Don't know if this was a mistake or only way configuration was possible. 2) We were in a handicapped accessible room and that made the shower situation a bit wetter than usual, bathroom floor did not drain quickly enough and was quite wet most of the stay. Front desk was very helpful during our stay and communication was great. We even got an email about items left behind in our room after check out. Train station connected to building was super helpful. Would recommend.

This property was awesome. The staff went above and beyond for my mom and I. During my stay, i fell ill after going to the Zoo and the staff continued to follow up with me by phone to make sure I was okay.
