We had a superior queen room. It was well worth the extra cost for the superior room. The Nespresso machine was a fantastic added bonus. Within a few block walk to Overseas Terminal, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and any shopping we wanted to do. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting something reasonably priced close to cruise terminal.

Great location - walking to distance to many places. Good service, rooms are small but was expecting that for the area. There were quite a few small shelves in multiple spots in the room which was very convenient. Reminded us a lot of the hotels in big city Japan or NYC.

We booked hotel when it was the Tankstream. It was taken over by Rydges about 3 weeks before we came. Room was small but we knew that before we came and it was all that we needed for one night before our cruise. Very convenient location in CBD. Very busy area though but very walkable. Close to George St where the restaurants and night life is. Short Uber ride to Cruise Terminal. Breakfast buffet was the normal fare you would expect. All good.

Small but clean, modern room. Sufficient for my one night stay for work. Great location. I didn’t use any facilities so can’t comment on those. The online check in & check out was good -quick & efficient. I had absolutely no interaction with any staff members so I can’t comment on customer service either.

Charming hotel, and we can't recommend it enough! The location is absolutely fantastic—just a short stroll to the iconic Sydney Opera House and the bustling shopping districts. The staff truly made our stay memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Our room with queen bed was on the smaller side, but it was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Another delightful surprise was the hotel’s proximity to a lively square where locals gather for happy hour daily. It was such a fun experience to join in the festivities and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Plus, there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. Overall, we highly advise staying at this hotel.

This property was awesome. The staff were very nice, like everyone in Australia, the restaurant was delicious and the bar was stocked. Everything was clean and the online/self check in and out was very quick and easy. There are many shopping, dining and street food options near by. Everything was walkable from the hotel. The train station is a street over. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly stay here again. Didn’t have a car, so not sure about the parking situation. From this hotel, the train can take you to distant places and the other attractions are walkable. The ferry is down the street, great area to get to the Rolex sailGP event which is in the adjacent bay.

Very clean and modern property. Located in the middle of everything. Quick walk to the harbour and lots of shops and restaurants. The grand opening cocktail party was a bonus with food and drinks flowing for hours. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good.
