This is a terrific place to stay. Its location is excellent and you feel safe.You are within walkable distance to everywhere - Sydney Opera House, the Rocks, boat tours, restaurants of all cuisines, & shopping galore. The hotel serves an amazing breakfast buffet with a myriad of delicious hot & cold choices. It is located attached to the World Center which has dozens of dining opportunities aside from those of the hotel. Rooms and baths are clean, spacious, & well equipped w/ fridge, iron, kettle. There were only 2 minuses. One was that reception & housekeeping staff never picked up the phone and I had to go down to reception to speak. The other was that the pillows were hugely thick and uncomfortable (only 1 of 4 was standard size) & I got a bizarre response when I asked for a standard pillow. I was told there were no more in the entire hotel! I insisted they search and 1 was found. No pillows?
