The hostel is great. Lots of longterm guests that really create a great sociable atmosphere. The staff is nice and the location is amazing. My favorite hostel in australia.

This hostel has a cozy vibe. The owner and staff are really kind and dont treat you like dirt, which is too often in australia, instead, you feel treated like if you are genuinely interacting with them. Every day, the private bathroom is cleaned and the mat is changed, and there is frequent vacuuming in the room. I appreciate it very much. However, one minor drawback is that the kitchen can be quite small for this hostel, but during covid (when it wasnt fully booked), it was sufficient.

The dorm room has its own private bathroom, a large shared kitchen, and affordable prices. Very clean, friendly service, very comfortable dory room with private ensuite, reasonable prices, definitely need air conditioning. Thank you.

The location is in the west end, just walk to the cbd. I stayed in a 4 bedroom mixed room and it was good, nothing bad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hostel! The staff members are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is excellent, with plenty of space, and they provide you with your own plate set so you dont have to share other peoples dishes, which makes it feel more hygienic. Additionally, the common area is quite pleasant, featuring a tv with netflix and ample space for relaxing and working. Furthermore, showers and toilets were regularly cleaned. Despite being crowded, overall, there was ambiance of cleanliness throughout the hostel. Although the hotel is merely ten minutes walk from everything, about 20 minutes from the center, it is still able to explore the city on foot. I highly recommend staying in Brisbane.

It was good. The shared bathroom was also neat. In addition to the air conditioning, my room also had a fan. When i was in rehearsing in the morning, the lights went out for 30 minutes, which was undoubtedly an inconvenience. There is wifi here, but it is very slow. Due to its network connectivity, ive kept cutting in and out of the meeting. But aside from that, it was ok.

The worst hostel staff is not helpful at all, the two girls who were at the counter were very unfriendly, except for the one guy driving the van to the city who was white and tall blue eyes. The pool area is nice and they have some games. Its easy to make friends in this place and the kitchen is clean and tidy. Rooms were really clean & the hostel wasnt noisy at night. If it werent for bad staff, i would definitely stay again.

A wonderful little refuge from the chaos of the city. I am the only australian who lives in a place full of people from all over the world. They are all friendly and nice, and they all seem to have gathered into symbiotic relationships. There is countless activities to do here. Ideal for couples traveling together and meeting people, or if you want dependable, affordable lodging. If i get the chance, ill most certainly return here again. A true welcoming diamond in the rough of opulent cities.

The room was very hot, there is no air conditioning and only a fan that can be used as plugged in. The area is nice enough but the social areas are limited, but it has exceptional staff.

I thought i had left a review ages ago, but sadly he didnt! This place has been like resembling emily to my house. It is incredibly nice and wellmaintained. The staff works hard to keep the place nice, and the atmosphere is good. Cadbury made my stay even better.

Cool hostel with a good vibe, friendly staff, lots of public seating areas to socialize with other travelers, nice pool, towels provided, shared kitchen, great location (you can see the cbd, beautiful view), great price compared to other hostels. My 6 bed dorm (34) was quite nice, had its own balcony and fridge, and shared bathroom and shower with only one other dory. Be aware you must bring your own lock if you want to use the locker in your doorm. Also remember that you will have to pay $20 at checkin but it will be returned at checkout. There are no ceiling fans or air conditioning, so this is minus one star. Although there were standing fans, they only benefit those who sleep on the bottoms of the bunks, making it very hot at night and difficult to sleep.

This hostel offers affordable prices. There are some parking spots available (10 aud per night, which you must reserve in advance. The view of the city is breathtaking. Vera, the receptionist, was diligent and assisted me in making a quick parking reservation. With plenty of seating and social areas available, there is plenty to explore. Small details include no place to hang out your towel in the bathroom, not many public restrooms, and incredibly nice kitchen, but i need to install reelection. At least 5 top gas stoves for cooking, although not enough for the number of visitors. In every restroom, bringing crockery or stools will be ideal. Due to the lack of countertop surface, it is unpleasant to have to place your cleaning face item on the floor. It can make brusque. Bedroom fans are more available. Fans are only available for bottom beds.

I was skeptical at first when i saw the price of the rooms compared to other hostels, but once ive arrived, the standard surprised me. The hostel was clean and tidy, everyone was friendly, and the staff was very helpful. It is in a great location, just stepping from the west end and city. Supermarkets and bottle shops are also very close by. There are events held on yearly to help people socialize, which makes the atmosphere more relaxed. A large kitchen with lots of cookware is available, although the fridge is crowded due to its busyness. Somewhere to stay is an excellent hostel, if you need somewhere to set up or are just passing through, we highly recommend checking it out.

The hostel was enjoyable. It was clean and the staff were very helpful, with the exception of one lady who was overbearing and forced us to turn on the lights when we were watching tv in the common area at night, which was quite strange. Apart from that, everything else is fine. Great city view.

In the west end, which is such a cool neighborhood and is about ten meters from the city center, it is located about 30 meters away. The hostel has incredibly laid back vibes. Its ideal for unwinding day or night because the pool and garden area are stunning. There are events like beer pong, trivia, and trips to city events, as well as tv and couches in the lounge. All of the staff members were really welcoming and polite, especially the dreadlockcovered receptionist, who is renowned for his kindness. I stayed in i recently renovated room, but it was still chilly. Although it had its own bathroom, the lock was broken, there are femaleonly restrooms and showers down the hall that are spotless.

This hostel is really nice for the price paid. The kitchen is cleaned regularly, there are lots of places to relax and a big comfortable tv area. Nice pool and hammock area and lots more fridge space. Everything you need at ghetto prices in the hostel itself. Also, the free shuttle is very useful to get from the bus station.

The dorm rooms are poorly circulated, extremely hot and humid if crowded. However, the facilities are all clean and tidy. Amazing staff, flexible checkin and checkout!.

The terraces are nice, the shower is fine and clean enough, but the rooms are subpar. My room was dark and had light streaming in and gaps under the door, so i was awakened at 4 am by people talking in their room, and people getting sick way down the hall! Its probably better for people going to party than for longterm or calmer people. Everything was sticky and the curtain was oily and grimy. The kitchen needs new pans etc. Overpriced even at the weekly rate. Girls at reception were very nice and helpful, however, one of the staff was quite rude. Location good but needs some tlc!.
