A surcharge of 1.8% will apply to Visa / Master Card payments, while a 2.5% fee will apply to American Express (AMEX) transactions. Payments made via EFTPOS will not incur any surcharge, however when used topping, any debit card works as a credit card and above surcharge will apply.

A full inspection of all suites will be conducted by hotel management after check-out as part of damage assessment. Suites that require excessive cleaning and/or air purification will result in additional charges deducted from the deposit. The security deposit cannot be applied to outstanding amounts that may be owed for ancillary purchases, such as restaurant and room service orders. The security deposit refund will be processed 24 hours after departure.
