Great location for Dracula's,pacific fair shopping centre,gold coast casino and broadbeach cafes all within easy walking distances,light rail station close by .Motel room very clean and everthing required for a great stay,staff member ver friendly, the only downside is old furniture and rubbish left out along front of the motel,also bit round about way to get into motel because of light rail works being done on goldcoast highway which cant be helped.All up older style motel but a nice place to stay ,nil roaside noise heard at all thanks for the great stay,would not hesitate to stay again.

Clean, quiet and close to the tram and shops, would stay again. Only downfall, they sent messages about paying deposit by a certain time, but woulda’t answer the phone even after trying for 3hrs

Property was in a great location! Walking distance to Pacific Fair, Train Station, Casino, Draculas and much more. Easy parking there, though there isn’t a lot of it. If you aren’t driving though, they’re a Train Station very close to take you to where ever you’d like to go. If you’re going for an event like a NRL game or something highly recommended just taking a train or bus. Only downside at the time of our stay was that they were building a new apartment complex right new door, with construction working through the night. Didn’t really hear it for the most part but could be loud from time to time.

For the festive season, this is possibly 1 of the cheapest deals available!! It was excellent none the less, met all our needs and was comfortable and convenient. I was expecting the deposit return to take longer to process due to it being the Christmas period, but it was done the day after our checkout, so everything has worked out very well. Thanks! it's location is perfect. Just over the road from Pacific Fair and close to public transport too. So I would recommend staying here.

I recently stayed here. I stayed on the main Gold Coast Highway across from the Pacific fare shopping mall. It is within walking distance to all bars and restaurants in the Broadbeach neighborhood. The gentleman at the check-in counter was lovely. Very friendly and check-in was very quick. I had a parking spot and was given an upstairs room. From the outside, the structure doesn't look much, but when I got in I was pleasantly surprised. The carpet was new and the bathroom had been renovated. The showers were really spacious, and I even pulled a clothesline in them. There was a hair dryer and toiletries. There were cupboards and drawers in the main room, and I was surprised to find a microwave, a microwave plates, and cutlery washing up liquid. The garden fridge had a jug and milk. There was a choice of teas, coffee, and sugar. The room had aircorn and boxtel. Great value for the price and amenities provided, and I will return.

I had an excellent two night stay at this motel. I got a direct email or text message to communicate with the staff. The room is spotless and not at all noisy despite being on the highway. As a solo traveler, I felt secure, everything I needed was only a 15-minute stroll away. Anyone looking for a quick, affordable place to stay in Broad Beach should consider it. The bedside lamp needed a new light, the bed linen didn't fit on the mattress, instead I used a blanket from the cupboard.

We spent the night here, the room was very clean and had all we needed, and it looks like it has recently been renovated, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Excellent location, a short walk from cafes for breakfast, a short distance from the beach, and 10 minutes from eateries and broadbeach.
