I have stayed in this hotel for two weeks, so I understand how it operates flawlessly. Lets start with the checkin. The exchange was bitterly unpleasant yet the manager was pleasant enough. He is probably the only staff member competent at her job. In my few interactions with the rest of the staff, I found them, to put it mildly, disproportional. For my stay, I booked a single room with a minimum bathroom of 15m 2. The only standing fan in the room is fine, but since the bathroom is rather spacious, it occupies 40 of the entire space. The room has a single bed, two hanging rods, a table, and a chair, and a standing fan. The spare blanket had hair on it. But the toilet smells strongly of sewage that never leaves. It really smells. Toilet paper is 1 ply. I followed the guidelines and advice from the health department during my stay. The first time the staff called the police on me and the second time the owner resisted, claiming that I wasnt meant to leave my room. I had a grin on my face when I entered the kitchen, claiming that I wasnt supposed to leave it. I asked for a refund as I was ready to leave at that point but he got a wild and scoffed, claiming that he might kick me out right now.

It was good to stay for a night or two at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms and very nice communal lounge. Friendly staff and a well equipped kitchen. Good value for money. However, if they changed the carpet, they might charge a bit more.
