Stayed 3 nights for a business trip. On arrival, i made enquiry of how to make an international call from my room phone, unfortunately the staff at the reception told me that they have no idea how to do that because no hotel guest had ever made that request. In the room, their is a notice which indicates the charges for making an international call. Go figure eh? On the day of my check out, the reception staff informed me their credit card machine was not working and therefore asked me to pay by cash. If i had no cash with me, then i had to fill in a form and release my private 3pin number on my credit card to them for them to credit my card at a later time. I refused this request because i did not feel safe releasing my 3pin private number. So, i had no choice after checking out in the morning, i had to make another trip back to the hotel in the afternoon just to settle my bill. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel in the last 4 years. I’m disappointed with the hotel management for not making sure all these facilities are ready for guests. Breakfast in the morning was good, cleanliness was fine. I may not return to this hotel in the future.
