Very good value for the price! The hotel is centrally located, my room was clean, spacious and quiet, staff was very helpful and professional, breakfast was good. This is an older building, apparently from 60ies, hidden in a narrow lane and could be a bit difficult to find without a GPS. For me, this added some extra charm, some may consider the facility a bit outdated. I think the hotel is a gem and I would definitely stay there again.

A good clean modern western style, apartment hotel, very good bed nice hot shower, no smells, big fridge, big luxurious rooms, very good air-conditioning, great buffet breakfast, very close to Narga 2 casino located down a little lane, this is a very good hotel in a good area, a hidden gem l will always come back here

Grande suite très confortable et propre. Personnel extrêmement aimable, attentif, serviable et respectueux parlant anglais. Bon petit déjeuner complet inclus. L'entrée se fait par une petite ruelle sombre pas très belle (le chauffeur de tuk tuk est passé devant plusieurs fois avant de trouver) mais cela ne pose aucun problème, notamment de sécurité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Hotel excelente com atendimento sensacional. A área do hotel não é muito bonita mas é muito útil pois tem diversas opções para alimentação, além de uma lavanderia próxima. Alem disso, o shopping fica a uns 10 min de caminhada, ou seja, a localização do hotel é excelente. Super recomendo este hotel que tem um ótimo custo benefício, com um café da manhã que realmente me surpreendeu.

Hôtel récent , chambre claire et propre comprenant d'un côté cuisine et de l'autre côté petite Salle à Manger . Grande Salle de Bains Peignoirs Chaussons . Pouvons obtenir toutes informations sur les visites à la réception , personnel très agréable . Petits Déjeuners buffet variable et complet , le Roof top Bar .. un plus pour prendre un verre ou dîner le soir . Bémol : l'hôtel se trouve dans une toute petite allée sombre et sale , la plupart du temps mais une fois qu'on est à l'intérieur , çà va .

Enjoy Cambodia by day, but rest in a gorgeous Western standard hotel by night. I did NOT do that for the first half of my trip and really regretted. I was so glad to find Molyan! Wow! After living in Cambodia for 3 months, I was SHOCKED that this place existed at such a reasonable price! Despite it's hidden location down an alley (that is thankfully right next to a police station) and next to "Back Alley Bar", as soon as you step into this hotel you'll feel you're in a tiny resort. Great English, helpful staff who offered to assist me with everything including getting a last minute bus ticket and printing it for me, high technology, fast internet, WORKING A/C's, breakfast included WITH COFFEE! The rooms are spotless, fully equipped with everything you would expect from a NICE hotel in America, even the fridge has beverages for purchase that are almost at the same price as a grocery store. i was VERY pleased and have already recommended it to a dozen friends! It's a very small hotel - only 3 rooms on each floor and probably only 6 floors, but if you're lucky enough to get an opening, you won't regret it! I am a mother of 2 small ones and although I took this trip to PP alone for dental work, this would have been an IDEAL place to bring my kids too. GREAT location!

What a fantastic hotel you will never guess unless you go in the hotel which the entrance is located in an alley. Get there by day time so it will be easier to find their small sign from the main street.

Lovely hotel in a great location near to the royal palace, river and war monuments. Sky bar has superb views over the city. Breakfast was fresh and varied and tasty. Room and bathroom was well equipped and comfortable. We were on the 7th floor so good views and quiet.

This hotel is brand new. Everything meticulously has been taken care. Room neatly cleaned, the space distribution is unbelievable. My room had 2 balconies, separate bedroom, living room area with refrigerator, sink, a secpnd desk, coffee and tea, etc. The bathroom very spacious with water heater, and very well lit. Nice small restaurant with great breakfast included, beautiful ski bar with a separate kitchen servicing till midnight. I am in love with it
