Pemilik hotel ini adalah orang-orang yang histeris dalam konflik. Dengan wajah yang selalu tidak puas, berteriak dan membentak karena berbagai alasan. Meskipun begitu, semuanya akan baik-baik saja.

The hotel is close to the mekong river and has a great view and good staff service. The air conditioning was very good and the hotel had a modern elevator which made it easier to carry a backpack to the room. Breakfast was good with great coffee. The manager arranged all my sightseeing for a good price, including my onward ticket to siem reap. I cant fault this hotel in any way. Thank you for everything, david youde.

Kami pikir kami memesan dengan harga super (71% kampanye atau diskon dinyatakan), tetapi kami kecewa sekitar 71%! Kamar kami "digantung" di atas bagian penerima tamu dengan visibilitas penuh. Kedap suaranya sangat buruk dan Anda dapat mendengar setiap kata. Kamarnya sangat kecil dengan jarak 10 cm dari tempat tidur dan dinding jendela (dari lantai ke langit-langit) menghadap ke resepsionis. Rasanya sangat tidak pribadi! Mungkin (mungkin) kamar kami adalah kamar terburuk yang pernah kami miliki. Staf sangat baik, tetapi kami sering kali harus mengingatkan mereka tentang air, tisu toilet, dll. I have been staying at this hotel for a long time. The best place when you consider the location, affordability, helpful staff, and kindness. I will definitely be returning with a family member to enjoy our stay here again in a few months. This hotel has an elevator, so it is very convenient to bring your luggage up and down. They also offer services for all your needs, rent motorbikes, sightseeing tours, and general great advice for all your questions. Thank you so much to all of you!.

This hotel is in the ideal location for tourists in phonom penh, with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. The only downside was the bed, which was quite hard and uncomfortable.

The location is fantastic! The staff is incredibly welcoming! The rooms were clean, albeit a touch antiquated. The bathroom is spacious, and theres a refrigerator, hot water kennel, air conditioning, and elevator! A great value for the price! The refrigerator wont cool if you take your room card out. If you ask downstairs, they will give you a second card, but if you are not in the room, ask them not to run the ac during the day.

The room was not great, mostly clean. Ants and mold are everywhere, and the smell is bad. There are very high collaterals for damaged items. Still, one night is fine here for low prices. The staff was nice, dog was best.

The location is ideal. I had a great time. The bathrooms and rooms are excellent. The cuisine is excellent. The personnel is courteous and competent. They set up a space downstairs for me to store my bicycle. Three nights were what i had initially planned.
