This was our first time in Niagara and I cant wait to go back. The hotel was nice, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Not enough parking they due have a parking lot close by to the hotel but you have to walk there and back if you have to use it. Its not a big deal but when you get there at mid night and you are not familiar with the area, that is the last thing you want to do specially with kids. The pool was disappointing definitely nothing like the pictures. The kids still went in it but there's no air ventilation no windows to open and the smell of the chemical from the pool is over powering we had to open the emergency door to be able to breathe. But even with all of that I would stay there again if I had to and I definitely recommended.

Staff were very kind and helpful, especially in breakfast area. Very good breakfast, bed could be more comfortable but wasn’t bad. We had room close to elevators and the “bing” sound of someone getting in/out was annoying but since we were tired so felt asleep fast.

Stay was good and would love to stay here again ! Breakfast was also the best everyday around 7-10 am Good and hospitable staff and parking spots are good but charged per day , it was 20$ per day around my stay

We stayed here a couple weeks ago, 2 nights. We got a double queen bed room. Rooms are smaller yes, so if you plan to have more than I'd say 4 guests in a regular room , it'll be crammed. If you're using it like us to rest & sleep, freshen up & change then it's perfect. They were doing some Reno's on our floor in a couple units but you couldn't even hear it in the hotel rooms. It was nice and quiet, clean, staff was amazing and so kind. We had our 2 yr old son with us, he was the only child at the hotel his age that we saw, at breakfast (which btw is amazing , bottom level, freshly cooked food, pancake machine. It's amazing) the staff both mornings came and brought him a picture and crayons to keep him entertained during breakfast. Seriously, we would definitely stay again. And plan to! It's a longer walk to the falls but we just drove , it's like under 2km. But theres parking on site and you don't have any outside noise that you can hear inside the rooms. Its a little hidden gem for real.
