S*** place with the s******** staff, they’ll put vague charges on you and just directly deduct it from your security deposit, and if you say something about to anyone like a manager or someone, they’ll blacklist you for life, each and every single person working there don’t even what work ethic is and how to talk to clients when they’re working in hospitality industry, I would suggest spending some extra money on hotel rather than these people charing anything out of your security(Trust me they’ll find reasons to).

Really disrespectful staff, and when I tried to tell the manager about his staff’s misbehaviour I found out that he was no different, he started arguing with me that I should talk with respect to female employees, blacklisted me from the hotel, shouted on me, called the cops on me, confiscated my $300 security deposit saying they’re charging me an eviction fee which didn’t make ANY sense because when they charged me the eviction fee, i had checked out of my room by then and all my luggage was outside the property, so they’ll just do what they can and i just found out that you can’t even do something about him. Worst place to be. I would have paid the $300 for an actual hotel that functions like one.

I would definitely come back to stay here again. The location is also strategic. Very good service and service staff. We get a delicious breakfast and good quality for the price we paid! The noise of outside didn't wake us up, the hotel is quiet. When I asked for tea, I was immediately brought that! I appreciate the experience here.

Overall, I am very pleased with my stay. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. The only thing that can be improved is the breakfast options and the presentation at the breakfast restaurant.

Everything is fine, particularly the hotel manager, who is extremely cooperative, polite, and decent. I like the location and services of the building, but the complimentary breakfast should be improved because everything is great.

This hotel met all of our needs for a reasonably priced area. We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the falls' amenities, and it was certainly wonderful for accessibility. The room was clean and comfy, with all required amenities in proper working order. We enjoyed the additionals, such as a balcony with chairs, a heated pool, and a simple breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The common areas could use some cleaning and tending, and the breakfast area is a little sad in the basement. We were disappointed with the additional parking fees, $ 10 per night. The only reason I had to subtract a star. I attempt to research our accommodations on trips, but nowhere on the listing or website was there information about parking. I ask you please address this so that other travelers can understand.

We will come back again to stay here. Aka was fantastic. She answered all of my questions immediately and gave me additional guidance on the area. This is a straightforward hotel that is close to everything, very accommodating. Great customer service from aka. To lack Netflix access so it could be an upgrade. Perkins restaurant on the main level is convenient and is a walk across the street from the watermark and casino.

I was at the Skyline Hotel last year and had a bad experience with the noise and gave it a 3 star rating. I decided to give it another chance and keep my expectations low but was very pleasantly surprised to find full time security is constantly in the courtyard or nearby so the noise level was much lower. The room itself is not fancy but nothing to complain about. I felt the service this time was good too. There were no lines, they gave us water passes early and there was enough parking this time under the building that was heated which was great after coming out of the watermark at the end of the day. The only recommendation I would make is maybe it's time for some new blankets. We will definitely return and will recommend them.

This hotel is not recommended. The place is quite nice. The rooms are very clean, the location is strategically located so that I can get to the water park where my kids will enjoy it. We would stay there again. The family room is beautiful and clean, as well as the hotel was very close to the casino.

Saya sangat puas menginap di Sheraton. Kamarnya bagus, nyaman dan pemandangannya luas biasa. Hampir semua restoran di hotel ini saya coba, favorit saya adalah windows. The room we stayed in was a double queen deluxe fallsview double floor and it was perfect. It had a patio door and a beautiful view. Our stay was made as comfortable as possible, I highly recommend this hotel. It is within walking distance of all local attractions. On the side of the hotel foyer is a Starbucks and a gift shop. Don't forget sweet Jesus.Thank you so much Sheratons!

We ordered this hotel as a surprise trip for our husbands with birthdays as part of a package with virgin holidays. It was amazing! The hotel gave us free upgraded rooms overlooking the falls fantastic! Birthday cake and chocolate-dipped strawberries were also served to us! The rooms were large, the beds were really comfortable, and everything was perfect. But one word of warning. When checking out do not simply drop the key. Make sure you take the time to check out at the desk. We returned home to discover a charge on our credit cards for $381. 71, versus the resort fee of $336. 04! Virgin Holiday had paid in advance. I've now sent 10 emails and received responses from Samntha and Ashley, who admitted the hotel made an error and agreed to a refund. I keep being told the refund will take 10 to 14 days to reach my account. It's now 21 days and there is still no refund. Be cautious! A wonderful vacation has now been completely ruined by this constant headache.

The price is not worth what you got, this is a very bad experience. Despite the poor cleanliness, the bathroom features mold and damp corners, the wheel in the luggage rack has a broken wheel. The food at the buffet breakfast was so horrible that I'm not sure why we are charged such high for this food. The city view overlooks the parking lot and convention center, and I give a star to the nice bellman at check-in. I don't know what kind of renovations or renovations they did for our rooms, but they are very outdated. There were bugs crawling in the corner where the tiles seams weren't working properly and there are damp ones in the corner, and the toilet fixtures leak. The thermostat was broken and the room was too hot at 65 degrees Celsius despite the fact that the room was on a low temperature 67 degrees Celsius.

We reserved two suites with a view of the falls for our daughters' birthday in late January. Although we checked in on a Saturday, the hotel was not too busy, and check-in went smoothly. We were allocated two connected rooms on the second most floor with fantastic views of the falls. I've visited the falls many times, and I have to admit that the views from this hotel are even better! The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. We had access to their lounge, which isn't exceptional compared to lounges at other Marriott hotels. From a serving tower, a serving tower can grab beverages, soft drinks, tea, coffee, as well as smarties and pretzels. Breakfast included a decent selection of hot and cold dishes and a nice selection of fruits. Our stay was generally a very good one. However, be aware of the resort fee, which includes some things you may not be able to use during the visit, and even worse, the i$ 49 fee for self-parking in the open car park! For covered parking, you can choose from i$60. This is a scam for paying hotel visitors because of the sea of open parking lots, at least in the winter. If not for the resort and parking fee, I would give it a high score.

This was our third time staying at this particular mario because my kids love the view. We stayed here a few years back, and we loved how clean and new everything felt. The room was excellent, smelled fresh, and we were happy to let our children roam around. Fast forward to March 2023, we booked a similar room as we usually do, high floor with fallsview, and noticed the quality have declined fairly a bit. The first thing we noticed as soon as we walked in was a suspicious yellow stain right on one of the covers. We figured we would just remove the cover and leave it out, but then I discovered that stain was going through to the bed linen. It was disgusting. I called room service, and in about 40 minutes we had new bedding. Not bad. After that, we discovered the couch was full of hair balls from previous clients and the chair had dark, dried stains from a previous liquid spill. To cover it, I put the extra sheets we had on the chair. Ultimately, the toilet was barely flushing in the bathroom. To make it work, you must hold down the lever. It seemed like the care and quality had fallen drastically in the last few years. When you pay big to stay in such large hotels, you require a certain level of care and quality. Or else, we could just stay at a motel across the many inns

What we enjoy is the breathtaking views from the balcony, which has a beautiful view of the fall vista. The hotel is in a great position with the incline train from the other Marriott across the street and your table rock. I didn't like it, because the rooms were spacious and comfy, and the bed was comfortable. The room temperature is adequate and not overly warm, except for the doorman.

Julie was great and served us dinner! I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious and the view of the falls while eating was truly spectacular. We will definitely come back in the future to experience again.

Beautiful hotel with plentiful green space and a pool too. The staff make each hotel member feel right at home. They go above and beyond to make a most enjoyable stay. This hotel has become home for me and many others. It deserves a four star.
