I strongly believe in the service and commitment to cleanliness. I had not read the fine print in my online reservation. The proprietors were kind and considerate of me for not calling as instructed, but I mistakenly looked for the main office and then tried to open the door myself, not understanding the procedure of a familyrun business post 1000. Be careful not to include extras and bring your own water bottle. Youre getting the truthful shampoo, toilet, and body waste in a spotless room run by a wonderful pair. A very good offer for a quick visit.

The good thing, is that the heating and air conditioning work. Most of the time, the water had plenty of hot water. The beds were cozy. The cuisine at the restaurant was excellent. Now, during check-in, there was confusion, and the proprietor quickly became sour and nasty. Very noisy and not at all welcome. One of the rooms ran out of hot water almost immediately and the toilet was not properly placed. More like a carnival ride than a toilet. Shower curtains at the dollar store that don't close properly. TVs that turn on or won't start. One of our couples had a family member dies and had to leave a day early. I fully understand that 24 hour notice should, if possible, be given, but.. When the couple called the owner and asked for a refund for the and night, the owner didn't believe them and argued with them. They were quite willing to leave the money despite her attitude. She finally agreed to the refund but finished the transaction with I never want you here again. On Friday night, the restaurant has an open mic night. The restaurant's back door opens immediately to the area where the motel rooms are. With drinks, people are opening the back door and smoking outside the motel rooms at 1 a.m., leaving the door open so that the music and noise could be equal. As a result, the owner'

On July 23,25, we rented two rooms at the seafood inn. The workers cheerfully served us dinner on the patio even though the red door in the restaurant was closing right when we got there. Even though it occasionally rained heavily over the weekend, we were still able to see a bit, including the lovely Joe park.

Fantastic location. Small but clean family run business with a great friendly atmosphere. Great menu selection and food was great. Nice value for money. I will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
