I just wish for better service from you. The room had a wonderful view. And then the facilities were excellent. After that, I was very disappointed with the length of the distance from the elevator to the room and the absence of slippers. Subsequently, this room has a good view of the resort so can be used for taking pictures.

The hotel representative channel at the Weston Blue Mountain responded that it would not be allowed after she checked with someone more senior. I was in a room at the Weston Blue Mountain in January 2021 and they were generous in providing a stool so I could climb onto the bed. But I was never comfortable sitting because the couch was low and the living room chars had low back arms making it difficult to get out of and my arm is in severe pain when using it to climb. Although the furniture looks lovely, it isn't comfy. I was planning another visit early next year and called to see if they would provide a nicer chair in the room and was told there was none. Then I inquired if I could bring in a rental lift chair to use during my stay, as I did with the married chain in Hawaii and Arizona without resistance. The hotel representative channel in Weston Blue Mountain responded that it would not be permitted, after she checked with someone more senior. Clearly, the hotel has a very limited understanding of accommodating people with disabilities and has legal comprehension of the onofrio human rights code and the meaning of the scope of unnecessary hardship! Given what I was asking, I'm very disappointed in how the hotel handled the request.

I've stayed at the Weston Tower a few times, and all of them have been fantastic. I can affirm that the hotel has seen better days, so it makes sense that they are renovating 3 of their floors. Thank you to Lynn and the front desk staff for making our anniversary weekend so special. Each time we requested anything, it was at our door in minutes. Our one-bedroom suite room 475, our only complaint, was awful. It smelled like cooked food, onions, and body odor the moment we opened the door. We assumed that the previous guests were making something since the room has a stovetop. Whatever it was, it was awful. I would surely have requested another room if we were staying more than one night. We tried to clear the odor out, but no luck. The staff was so kind that we didn't want to argue about a room, but I just wanted to warn other guests because it was so unpleasant. We adore the iconic Weston scent, but our apartment was no exception.

I stayed here for the night and I really enjoyed it! Our room, a king suite, overlooked the village and had everything we wanted. The staff was amazing. Our dog was treated like king. I love everything about this place!.
