From March 1, 2020 hotel will be implementing the following temporary measures at all our serviced residences to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Guests are required to submit either a completed health declaration form issued by the residence, share their past 14 days travel history ( to ensure no recent travel to high risk areas ) or present a copy of your medical certificate and daily temperature check.
In compliance with policies issued by local government, the property will not provide disposable amenities to guests.
Starting June 17th, The pool will be closed for maintenance every Monday; it will remain open during holidays. Should you require any assistance during non-operational hours, please contact Guest Services at extension “0”.
We are sorry to inform you that we will undergo a maintenance project at a part of rooms from 27 Feb 2024 09:00-18:00 (except for weekends or 12:00-14:00 during weekdays) onwards.
