In order to ensure the guests' safety and maintain the comfortable living environment in the guest room area, the hotel stipulates that each room can accommodate no more than two adults and two children under the age of 17（Except the extra bed, only one extra per room and chargeable）. At the same time, the number of visitors in standard rooms is up to 4 persons, and the number of visitors in suites is up to 8 persons.

Maximum of two pieces of large size luggage (28 inch) per person can be brought to guest room.

Any direct or indirect commercial purpose shooting, video and live broadcast including any Hotel premises as background are prohibited in all public areas, guest rooms and hotel outside facilities.
Should such activities be conducted Hotel will request any shooting to be stopped immediately and videos or pictures to be deleted.
Bulgari Hotel Shanghai reserves the right to take legal action against the person in question depending on the situation.
Bulgari Hotel Shanghai reserves the right to seek legal remedies in case of any damage to the Hotel, other entities or individuals (including but not limited to the damage to hotel business, reputation, trademark right, personal portraits and privacy) caused by the shooting and the use after shooting.
In compliance with the new "Shanghai Household Waste Management Regulations", from July 1, 2019 onward the property will not provide disposable amenities including toothbrush, comb, loofah, shaver, nail file, and shoe mitt.
